  1. Dink and dunk down the field today
  2. Josh has hit Sanders a few times, right in the numbers. I'm not too impressed so far.
  3. As an aside, WFTs center was Josh's center at Wyo
  4. Josh will never, ever, say he is playing up to his standards.
  5. I think what most of the folks are objecting to is the conclusion that Allen is a bust as a result of these two games, or even a third straight game. There are many reasons the kid can have a couple of games like this and many of those reasons were captured in this thread. There are more reasons than those captured in this thread that can be impacting his play. We also don't know what we don't know. Stats don't provide the entire story either
  6. I hope you and your kid have a wonderful time. Enjoy the experience.
  7. Allen's decision making has improved significantly. If he doesn't feel comfortable making it, he is now throwing it away and making the throw the next down.
  8. and if he plays well? A year and a half, really They were a wild card team
  9. Not arguing your point that Josh needs to return to form. But yes, the Raiders appear to be that good and two, Watt was injured in the first half and didn't return. He's the leader of the Steeler's defense. His absence mattered.
  10. My biggest frustration these first two games has been the offensive line. If any position has regressed from last year it's the Oline IMO. I've developed a bias against them that I guess I need to get overthat. To me, it seems at least one of them is getting beat every single play. The only way we are able to gain one yard when we need it is the QB sneak. The back-to-back penalties by O linemen (Ford and Williams I think) on what should have been our last drive of the first half, after using all of our timeouts to save clock and give us time to get in FG range, is just unacceptable and so very frustrating.
  11. and KC plays the Raiders, twice
  12. I think we all know the Bills are better than what we're seeing on the field. I feel like they are underperforming; and they are. The penalties on the O line, the pass or route differences between Josh and the WRs, not getting the plays in timely (numerous times Josh was looking up at the booth, waiting for the play to be called), among other things. I hope this is all simply the time it takes for offenses to gel and get it together, like we've heard for years. I'm going with some patience for another game or two.
  13. BB chews up and spits out rookie QBs
  14. I'm a Raider's fan today
  15. The more things change, the more the stay the same
  16. What happened to the Covid thread re Bills and their opponent? Anyways, perhaps this question should be posted someplace else. Are we past the day and time that Covid can impact our rosters? Or is there yet a test tomorrow (vaxed or unvaxed)? Thanks and sorry if I'm in the wrong thread.
  17. Right rock group, wrong song!!!
  18. Bring plenty of oxygen for your pass rushers Keith
  19. Hollister had the 4th best missed block rating, in the NFL, of all non starting TEs when he was in Seattle. We don't use our TEs and don't really value them in our offense, so it's really not a big deal. I really like Knox and want to see him to continue to improve. Sweeney's a head scratcher. We'll be loading up our sets with 4-5 WRs.
  20. For me it's simply comparing Hollister to the other TEs. I thought he was very close to Knox, if not better. IMO he is better than Sweeney.
  21. Unsure if this is the appropriate spot for this or not. Urban Meyer admits vax status was a consideration in determining who to cut. Why would you say this?
  22. One of you could have gotten a ton of money off me on a wager of this happening.
  23. He's got some knowledge and experience to pass onto Allen as well. Win Win
