Another comment I'd add is, be persistent. My first call a few weeks ago got me Max for $180. I called back again tonight, eventually got transferred to Customer Loyalty, and locked in a $35 credit/month for the next 12 months with no contract required. So I basically got free Max plus the leftover credits cover my NHL Center Ice package. Granted my current contract is up in a few weeks so my leverage tonight was solid, and hopefully I'll keep leverage for next year's call by staying out of a contract. Sweet.

Yup, for the stadium practice during minicamp I was driving up from Pittsburgh and got the Bills text cancelling practice, when I was literally 10 minutes away from the stadium. Sadly, I'm itching to do it again Friday.

Nah, with two in college now I need to pinch pennies. As a matter of fact, plotting my annual call to DTV now for Sunday Ticket. Thinking I have a decent shot at discounts with my contract being up in August.

I'll give away a secret here about getting out of lot 5 fast. Its about WHERE you park in that lot. Enter the lot from Southwestern (heading south) in the far left lane. Turn left after paying, then immediately turn left into one of the first 3 rows of parking. Park as close as you can to the guard rail, facing Abbott Road. It's a pretty easy out.
