  1. It's crazy that some people are saying this isn't a deserved honor. He was voted as a 1st Alternate. Meaning if someone gets hurt or doesn't want to play then he gets an invite. It's a very well deserved honor. Yes, he is nowhere near his celing which should scare the crap out of the league. He's 21, a pro bowler and still has a lot to learn. I'll take that all day ?.
  2. I believe in Allen. The guy makes some bone head mistakes from time to time but he did show an overall improvement from last season. The guy also has the desire and will to not only get better but also to lead this team to victory. He has a little of that Brett Favre "Gun Slinger" in him. He always thinks he can do something to win the game. Oddly enough that's not something found in many QBs when they reach the NFL. It's also Allen's biggest flaw. He tends to do too much sometimes when not always needed. Hopefully he learns how to harness that a little. I believe the bills have their QB in Allen. Hopefully with continued improvement he can lead us to the promise Land ?.
  3. What the hell are you talking about? Guess I should assume everyone knows about the Masters.
  4. Romo wants to be Nantz. It's not just NFL, he wants Butler Cabin and the Final Four. I think he stays.
  5. I disagree. I think this team has really great solid core and a ton of depth. They need PLAYMAKERS. Yes the offense needs a WR, yes another RB is needed and yes the OL still needs some help. However, I don't believe I was the only one watching Clowney push Rodgers all over the field yesterday. Maybe he isn't the guy for this team but that talent level is what is needed. Give me 2 maybe 3 playmakers and a solid draft class and I'll be super happy.
  6. Holy *****! Is this really a question? The OL was awful last year. Allen ran for his life ALL the time. This year he could actually get through all his reads. That being said, there is definitely room to improve.
  7. Obviously not happy with the outcome and the way it ended. However, I am really excited about next season. I can't remember the last time I felt like we might have a team that can win not only the AFC East but compete for a Super Bowl. You sprinkle in a few play makers WR, RB, OL, CB, DE and replace Alexander at LB and this team can win the AFC East. Yes that's a lot of positions to upgrade but they have the Cap Space and Draft Picks to do it. If you can't look through the forest to see the trees then I feel bad for you. When was the last off-season any of us actually thought a Super Bowl was at least possible? 1999?
  8. The PRO BOWL snub of Poyer and Hyde is more of an insult than ALL PRO. Yes they are great safeties and deserve to be recognized by the League but the best of the best?
  9. I think the bigger question is do we sit the majority of our starters week 17 if we lose to the Pats this week? I say YES. No need to risk injury in a game that wouldn't matter seed wise. Unless they really want that 11th win.
  10. This is gonna be a 20 - 17 kind of game. Both D's are good but who's Offense can move the ball better.
  11. Tennessee would win the South if they get to 11. They play Houston twice in the next three games. One more Buffalo win knocks whomever doesn't win the South out. Pittsburgh can get to 11 but that would only hurt seeding. Buffalo is in a good spot. Win one more and they are in. They could get in other ways but that's the easiest math.
  12. Can't wait to hear Al Michael's call a Josh Allen game!
  13. Michigan is beating Ohio State. Book it.
  14. Allen can ball. No doubt about it. He tends to be a little reckless with the ball sometimes but so was Brett Favre. He's a winner and as the saying goes, " Stats are for losers". I'll take a win over a 300 yard passing game any day.
  15. Pretty sure Dabol has been trying to stop " Bad Josh " from showing up. You know, the guy who trys to make a play out of nothing and throws picks. But at the same time "Good Josh " plays the same way. It's a fine line and I think the bills need to let the reigns off of him a lot more.
  16. I won't blame McDermott until the end of next season if their is reason to. Don't act like you know me and how I will react. I would rather be a die-hard Bills fan than a bandwagon Pat's fan.
  17. I will not blame McDermott for any of this. And by this a mean a 6-3 team that has a great chance to make the playoffs. STEP BACK FROM THE LEDGE EVERYONE.
  18. I believe there are 2 issues. The first is Allen not fitting Dabols system. The second is the lack of use of Singletary. Dabol has turned Allen in to a drink and dunk game manager QB. He also needs to start using Singletary much more. How about passing to him? How about 20 touches a game? Also, even with all of this the bills should have won today. Hausch money makes both kicks we win. Give me one more year before I say the process didn't work.
  19. I think patience is the key with Josh. They didn't draft him to be a day 1 franchise QB. They knew he had the tools to be one but had to learn the trade. Get back to me in 2 years.
  20. Listening to the Dan Patrick Show this AM and he was bashing Josh Allen BIG TIME. Said he is not a starting caliber NFL QB and that he is holding the Buffalo Offense back. One of the other guys seemed to stick up for Josh and blamed Dabols play calling but Dan wasn't having it.
  21. McDermott was in no position to be drafting a franchise QB that year. He had a dead man walking at GM in Whaley and was still trying to rid the team of non process players. Yes it would have been nice to have had Beane for that draft and we can beat that dead horse all night but I would rather not.
  22. I thought about proving you wrong but it's pointless. Your head is in the sand on this one. However, I'm sure you'll be back when this team makes the playoffs. GO BILLS, right?
  23. There seems to be a lot of hate being thrown towards McDermott in this thread. I am very surprised. The man got a lesser team to the playoffs then what Rex had and went 5-11. Then he followed it up by leading probably the worst team in the league to 6-10. Now they are 5-2 and 10 wins is a real possibility. What am I missing??
