  1. Time of possession: 18:53 to 7:46 in Pats favor Yards: 193 to 46 in Pats favor Should we still greet them at the airport tonight?
  2. But mostly the CHEATING.
  3. It's as simple as this: if the poster known as jamiezzz starts looking ahead to the Jets game or to the playoffs, then McDermott's team is FINISHED. Stay focused, jamiezzz. Stay focused and trust the process.
  4. Dan Le Bastard is fat. < mic drops to floor>
  5. Sign both. Overpay a bit if necessary. Many of you continue to underestimate the value of locker room culture. Lawson and Phillips are in their prime athletic years and fit in very well with this team - both on and off the field. "But Kay!" says you. "What about the salary cap?? There isn't enough money to go around for both, you silly girl!" My response is this: yes there is. Check the numbers. The team needs to spend $90+ million (according to the NFLPA) next year but has few remaining roster holes, so the money needs to go somewhere. Allen's still on his rookie contract, so Beane can afford to front-load contracts for a couple more years. If you're worried about dedicating so much money to the DL, remember that Murphy's contract is up after next year and that both Hughes and Star may be gone after 2020 as well (with very manageable dead cap hits).
  6. My vote was going to be Bills vs. Packers, but nobody values my opinion on this show.
  7. Adam Schein is MY GUY.
  8. Oh, good! It's nice to see that Max finally pulled his head out of his @#$. Meanwhile, over at GMFB, we've been talking up Josh Allen and the Bills for a while now. He is currently tied with Russell Wilson for the league lead in both 4th quarter comebacks and game-winning drives.
  9. BREAKING NEWS: The Bills will be playing the Patriots, Jets, Dolphins, Chargers, Chiefs, Rams, Seahawks, and an AFC North team at home in 2020! They will also be playing on the road against the Patriots, Jets, Dolphins, Raiders (rats....I was beaten to the scoop here...), Broncos, 49ers, Cardinals, and an AFC South opponent in 2020! Remember: you heard it here first from Kay Adams, the star of everyone's favorite show, Good Morning Football. Over and out!
  10. After 14 games, here's how the defense stacks up in the 9 defensive metrics I deem important: Points per game: 2nd Yards per game: 3rd Rushing yards per attempt: 17th Passer rating: 2nd Sacks: 7th Interceptions: 8th 3rd Down Percentage: 6th 4th Down Percentage: 6th Red Zone Percentage: 19th We can safely call these guys elite now. I believe the mediocre stats for rush defense and red zone defense had more to do with issues of schematics earlier in the season than with current personnel deficiencies. One thing they still need to work on, however, is opening drive 3rd quarter defense...stay focused, boys! I wonder what's going to happen during the off-season? Hughes, Murphy, and Star are already making big money. Oliver is on a 1st round rookie contract. Lawson and Jordan Phillips will be commanding significant pay raises. And then there are those tantalizing external options in free agency at DE.... If there are just two things that give this girl goosebumps, they are (in no specific order): 1. A romantic dinner with John from Riverside 2. Jadeveon Clowney in a Buffalo BIlls uniform
  11. I also wonder if the character makeup of this team is such that they get too amped up for home games and feel that they need to put on a show for the crowd?
  12. You know when you miss every shot in the round, and then your dog rises up from behind the grass and laughs at you? I would love to see an online gif image of Tre White doing that. It would make me giggle uncontrollably, just like the dog
  13. Well that certainly wasn't very helpful.
  14. He's also one of the very best dancers in the NFL. That means a lot to me.
  15. Early-onset CTE is a terrible thing. He and the Bengals went 2-0 against the Bills in the playoffs: 1981 and 1988. He even scored the game-winning TD in 1981! Then Collinsworth retired the year before the Super Bowl Bills era began. And his Bengals were basement dwellers throughout the 90's. I hope he gets the medical help he needs.
  16. He was a bit better than Emmit Smith. I'll give him that much.
  17. Exactly. Also, Houston's OL is not good. Neither is their run defense. I believe the Bills match up better against the Texans than the Titans.
  18. No way, Jose. Deep down I'm just a simple little girl who still believes magic exists in this world. As in....FITZ-magic. Week 17. It's "go" time.
  19. I'm not a picky girl. I'll just need a shiv and a pack of smokes. Whichever one of you can do this for me will have my heart. By the way, what REALLY happened with Ronnie Harmon's drop vs. the Browns? Can one of you Frank/Joe Hardy-type internet sleuths get to the bottom of this while I'm in the slammer? Thank you
  20. Not true. It depends on which game the Titans lose. If against the Texans in week 17, then yes. If it's just against the Saints, then we'll also need either a single Colts loss (they have 3 games left) or a week 16 Texans win.
  21. Oh wow. Oh dear. I just...I had no idea. All my life I have tried to do the right thing. I'm sorry, everyone. I'm truly sorry. I will turn myself in promptly tomorrow morning to the league office headquarters. Pray for me. Please pray for my soul.
  22. I would also add that the Texans might be the more favorable playoff matchup for the Bills than the Titans.
  23. You know what? I'm okay with this. I said what needed to be said.
