People here don’t need it to be bath water warm to enjoy cooling off on hot days. It’s not optimism, it’s a case of not being soft and needing to be pampered.

My kid has a basement bar loaded, covered wall to wall and shelves filled, with Bills stuff. Thought he needed to better represent Buffalo sports so I got him autographed Perreault and McAdoo jerseys. His response upon opening: McAdoo, was he good? Anyways, I was a Buffalo Braves Jr. booster, went a bunch. Finally had enough of the NBA, just canceled my NBA ticket. There’s just too much to overlook and not like.

Buffalo summers are plenty nice enough for pools, particularly if it’s heated. Solar covers work well to keep the water comfy and increase usage. Housing is plenty strong too. Problem is, as I’m curiously looking, that upgrading to a next level home in suburbia requires a step up of at least 30% more than what your home sells for and usually is a bidding war. Also it often requires knowing you’ll likely need to put more into if it’s more than 15-20 yrs. old.
