    Got it when it came out in 1968, I was 10. A great indoor game to develop hand/eye coordination when you couldn't go outside. 'Slugger" could hit a ping pong ball across the room. Led to me and my brother playing "rug hockey" using rulers as sticks and a ping pong ball as a puck.

    ......not bad ??? You need to spend a day, though 5 minutes be enough, on the shores of Lake Erie or Lake Ontario. I've been to ocean beaches on the Pacific and Atlantic. The Gulf and throughout the Caribbean, Gulf Shores, Alabama is far beyond "not bad". Good Luck with your quest.

    I've driven to Alabama's Gulf coast. Beautiful long and wide white sand beaches. A trip to the "Red Neck Riviera" is a vacation worth taking.

    Spent two weeks in L.A. 2 years ago and my son lives in N.Y.C., We visit him yearly..... There's no comparison, L.A. is a cesspool of RW intolerance. In N.Y.C. it's more of a to each their own vibe.

    No. I like the Pegulas and see the good they're doing for the area and would never mock them. The previous job holders were snarks personified and mainly trolled to trash them .

    I agree. He never envisioned as a graduate of the very prestigious U. of Missouri School of Journalism, which it is, that his career would be limited to what it was. .....a dime a dozen sportswriter.

    Same here, I wasn't at the game and I got it wrong it was '75 Giants. But like I mentioned before, someone repeated the performance at Rich Stadium during a concert I was at in the late '70's.
