  1. Difference between 5-0 and 4-1 at the bye? I'll take the 5-0. ? To get a WC Spot, you gotta win in the division. Is it the end of the world, No. But this one game will make a difference with tie breakers... So, YES, it's very important...
  2. Neither. But if forced to pick one... Clowney. Younger and much better than he is being credited for here..... I think our WR's will be ok this year. Plenty to select the best group from. Need someone opposite of Jerry that is a disrupter. Go for WR after cuts or next years draft....
  3. The way I see it, The road to where we want to be is going to go through New England or KC. The way to beat them is to take Brady and Mahomes out of the equation. Need Pass rush more than WR's....
  4. Bills trade back from 9 with Raiders.for 24 and 27. Bills select: Rd 1 24- Dexter Lawrence (DT) 27 - Dalton Risner (OT) Rd 2 40 - Irv Smith (TE) Rd 3 Trade with Arizona (65) for Bills 74, 112 and 158 65 - Riley Ridley (WR) Rd 4 131 - Mack Wilson (LB) Rd 5 147 - Devine Ozigbo (RB) Edge will be addressed after the draft.
  5. Petermans the right choice. JA, still needs to work on his mechanics and footwork as shown in the Bengals game. when his footwork is good, he is good, when they are not he is not. Needs to become second nature and happen without thought. He's been working hard to get it right, just needs a little more time. Throw him in there now behind this OL and all of his work with Palmer and new coaching staff will be for nothing.. You can learn a lot from the bench and practice.
  6. PTSD Patience - Take what's given, no happy feet, maintain proper footwork Timing - Anticipate and throw the receivers open Sliding Ability - Slide in the pocket, Slide Feet First (No Head first dives).. Drive - Work the chains, down and distance, Don't overthink the game. Personally, I am in the Do not start Allen camp as I am not confident enough with our O-Line to protect him for the first few games and don't want him to get killed. Now, with what I have seen, Allen is showing he can handle it mentally and it wouldn't set him back any, but it only takes one wrong hit. If the line can show they can at least give him a chance against the likes of SD, Vikings, Start him and not look back. It's all about the O-Line for me.
  7. Thanks Doc, but I think my current script is fine, although it may need some adjustments after reading some of these posts....
  8. McD will have to make the best decision with the information he has, But, I would rather start NP and have to switch to JA, then to start JA and then for some ungodly reason have to switch to NP.
  9. I would like to see JA named the starter, but until I see some form of O-Line protection I think it's a bad idea. If the O-Line can show some sort of progress against Cinci, I say go ahead and name him the starter. Otherwise, if the O-Line doesn't come together and Peterman starts, JA could be in by the end of the 1st qrt against the Ravens. That way when JA makes the expected rookie mistakes the fans will stand behind him and the coaching staff instead of beating the crap out of them for starting him too early. But just my opinion...
  10. Just let Logan Thomas play QB for game 4. It's meaningless and he probably won't be here anyway..
