Group, not position.... Wr Ol Dl Lb DB Rb - williams Qb

He just may be the 1st of a few. To build a culture like we have, you need to have a few guys that have been there. I would expect a few more guys to go over the next few weeks. Maybe even one from each position group. Even if they are PSquad, backups or UFA, they been part of the culture and could be valuable to a team that needs this kind of change.

I'm in th CB crowd. A round 2 guy may not have, but I'd bet a first round would have beaten Jackson. Here's why I think we need a top CB. First I think if we had Tre, we win the game. Second, we don't know when Tre will return, could be mid season and Hopefully he is as good as he was when he first gets back, but can't count on it. Without a #1 (1b), it could be a tough start and we cant afford to fall behind early in the w/l column. We need the homefield advantage next post season. 3rd, if you look at the remaining teams in the AFC, Chase, Higgins, Hill, Pringle, Kelce, Hardman and NFC, Debo, Kittle, OBJ, Kupp just to name a few. I REALLY think we are going to need 2 top corners to get where we want to be.

It was better, but, Dawkins got healthy, Bates stepped up, Morse was steady and good all season, Brown learned on the job and Williams ehh, he was ok. The blocking scheme changed a bit. But I don't see Johnson as the one that improved it. Ford, Feliciano and even Williams haven't improved much if any at all. You would think with good coaching at least Ford would have improved somewhat over a couple of seasons. It's not like he was some late round pick. I think the players got better, not the coaching. But, I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time and won't be the last.

I wouldn't complain too much if they stayed. The only coach I think should really be gone is Johnson. I just get bored watching Frazier on the sidelines. I just want to see some fiery jack up guy when a good play happens. Like Saleh was on the 49ers. Just some sort of emotion would be nice.

Well if Daboll goes the Miami route, the Giants can have Frazier...😉

I think if White was there, we win the game. I don't think a lot of focus needs to be put on D, however, I do think we need a 1b CB and DT1. Other than those two positions, I think our resources should be focused on offense.

Not in my opinion. Couple of play calls maybe, but no.

Sign, Harry, McKenzie, Zimmer and Bates. The rest can be replaced through FA or Draft.

I was pretty calm before the interview. Now, not so much. Just thinking about what it would mean to the City, the fans, the team and all of the former Bills, almost puts a lump in the throat. Can't imagine how the team stays focused when my adrenaline is already flowing. Go Bills!!!

Being one of the original Lil' Dirty fan club members, even I don't want him returning punts to start the game. I'm with Gunner bill on this one. If we (heaven forbid) get behind, then I would put him back there for a spark. I want him heavily used on offense and his entire focus on O.

I think any FA's other than our own will be depth only, but will depend on how Bates finishes the season and if Morse returns. If Bates locks down the starting LG position and Morse returns, you have Feliciano as a backup G and C next season, Doyle and (Don't @ at me.😱) Ford already in place. Then draft Feliciano and Morse's replacements.

People keep saying McKenzie is small compared to Cole. I don't get it? He's 1/4 " shorter and about the same weight? Does a quarter inch make that much of a difference?
