Bills are on the clock at #25
LyndonvilleBill replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall
From what I have been seeing, he has been dropping. Needs a good combine.🤔 -
I like Pierce as well. Also like Alec Pierce WR from Cincinnati. Maybe 2 Pierce's for the price of one.😁

A nice prospect to groom if Feliciano gets the boot.

I think coaching had to be a piece of it. I think that has been corrected with Kromer. Weight loss and I don't think Mongo was 100% healthy all season. As to Williams. Could it be having a rookie to his right and being asked to help and keep an eye on him? Kind of like handling a second role possibly causing a delay in his game? Or having poor guard play to his left and having to help there as well? Just a thought seeing the drop in his play...🤔 -
You could look at Noah Ellis from Idaho as a DT1 late round pick. Nice big boy.😉
-
The trade value chart seemed to be inline. Not really sure how realistic getting them at those spots is. Too early, but was worth the research on the players to me.😉.

Doesn't bother me at all. Actually enjoy them. Different players to research from my own are always welcome. Some of us aren't into college ball, so always good to see others thoughts. Just ignore anyone who complains, there are plenty of other threads they can read.😉

One UFA you'd like the Bills to sign? (realistically)
LyndonvilleBill replied to warrior9's topic in The Stadium Wall
More experienced. I seriously doubt Mcbean is going to sign a top corner in FA. Plus, I can't picture Mcbean going into the draft with a hole like that. Rhodes or Hayward would be basically a place holder for White and Insurance for the rookie at a good price and no long term commitment. -

I wouldn't say washed, But that's all we need in FA for a CB. Draft one in the first. White comes back. CB is covered. -

Realistically, Considering the CB situation. I'll take Casey Hayward or Xavier Rhodes as a stopgap on a 1 yr deal. -

My opinion is, plan "A" should be Phillips, Ankou and Draftee. Plan "B" should be Star, Ankou and draftee. Draftee and Ankou battle it out for position. But I really believe they will get a deal done with Phillips, so I am sticking with Plan A.😉. -
Sign Hughes, Zimmer and Obada to 1 yr deals. Draft Edge and DT3 Addison and Butler can walk. Sign Phillips (3yrs). Draft a DT1 to replace Star.

Is there somewhere that breaks it down per game? Be interesting to see before Bates at LG and after. Plus Dion getting healthy later in the season.

Danielle Hunter, DE, the perfect trade candidate
LyndonvilleBill replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall
I am more than willing. People just don't have patience anymore. Plus for close to the same cap space Hunter would cost, you could probably keep Hughes, wallace and Harry. Heck, you could probably add Obada as well. And still have the picks to use. -
Rumored Giants Players Available for Trade
LyndonvilleBill replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe, but if your going to go all in on a RB, Barkley would be one of the guys you take a swing at. If he goes QB and selects Rosen, were probably having the same conversation as were are now. -

What I'm trying to say is, at that time, I believe he was considered a top 10 pick (if I remember correctly). I'll give you Allen, but, it's easy to look back and say it was a poor pick than it was at that time. Say they picked Rosen, Baker or Darnold. Would those have been a better choice looking at it now? I'm not so sure. May not have been the smartest move and as I said, I wouldn't have picked a RB that high, but I don't fault them for taking a swing. -

I'm actually one of the minority. I like Edmunds. Not neccesarily where he plays, but I think he is a good player. Get a true MIKE, go to a 4-3 and leave him outside. There must be something with Toney that we don't know. Dosen't make sense for them to trade a young player with potential. Especially with a new coaching staff coming in. A good offensive minded one at that. I also don't think they need to save face regarding Barkley. Sure he's been hit by the injury bug, but was worth it to them drafting him at that time (although I wouldn't draft a RB that high). To be honest, the only reason I would trade Cole for Barkley is it would be minimal cap change and I think both players may benefit from it and their both on the last year of their contracts. I wouldn't trade for him otherwise. -
Sean McVay considering stepping away from coaching?
LyndonvilleBill replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yup. Gruden 2.0 without the Really bad stuff. -
No. But what's that saying...? Why drive when you can fly? Only need someone to get us to the airport.🤣

Rumored Giants Players Available for Trade
LyndonvilleBill replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'd give them Cole in a player for player swap for Barkley. Even throw in Moss or a 6th rnd pick to sweeten it a little.🤔. No real cap savings for either team though. -
I think people forget it wasn't just a 1st rnd pick. It was also a 4,5 and 6. That would be a lot to give up under our current situation. I'm not arguing that flipping a 1st for a starting CB isn't an option, but do you have someone in mind and would that team be willing? Serious question as I haven't looked into it at all.
-
I agree with you. From what I've read and the little I've watched, I see him as another Diggs. REALLY good, but doesn't add something we don't already have. Now Burks.... I would jump on and change my thoughts on taking a CB at 25. I think Burks would be the only WR I would take over a CB in rnd 1.🤔
