I hope the hype pans out. Im just not as high on shakir based on the tape or the numbers. He makes some good catches but doesn’t seem to get great separation and is playing low level competition. He just looks like a good college wr that gets lots of targets. I also don’t see the he is a guy you can hand the ball too, Deebo comparisons. Prove me wrong.

I chose worse but will be feared. I think they will still be a good defense but history tends to show a regression in defenses. I think they turn it on come playoff time but have some rough patches during the season that hurt the stat book. But they still finish top 10 in the regular season, but #1 during the playoffs when it counts.

57 to 63 for 180 and 209 feels dumb. Value chart shows we gave up 54 for 24.

Might as well draft Willis or Corral ave trade them next year a first.

I would have liked this better 5 years ago when we needed bodies. Not so much when we really only need a few guys and more impactful the better. Hopefully they use the 4 6ths to get into the 3rd or 4th.

If you can only give up a late rounder you move up if it’s for: Hall or Walker if you believe they are a day 1 starter. If you want the future C then Jurgens may go early as well. If not, sit back and get a solid WR.

This is the least interested I have been in the draft in years. And it feels good. We finally have a team that is good enough that our draft pick does not need to be an impact player. Yes, we have some holes to fill and it would be a nice surprise to draft a guy that can step in right away. But even nicer to not be relying on that. So my draft assumptions or hopes are any of the following 1) Draft a CB that can play right away 2) One of the better WR fall to us 3) Breece Hall is not picked in round 1 and we get him in round 2, even better round 3 4) Future Center 5) LB Depth 6) More DB depth 7) TE Depth.
