Clowney Trending for some reason.
Cheektowaga Chad replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree that Houston should be gearing up to go all in, not trading one of their best players, honestly id give up a 1st if it was conditional for clowney (playoffs or resign) But going back to the comparison Houston's offensive line is garbage and that will hold them back from reaching their potential because the skill positions are top notch. This also drops them down closer to bills. (As will not having clowney on defense) As for coaching I dislike O'Brien and think he is headed for an implosion always seems to be on the hot seat every year and now has no GM to blame. Also he hasnt proven anything McDermott hasn't, can't pretend contending for a playoff spot in that division is anything special Houston is where the bills are headed except they are a half to a whole season ahead in re building. I happen to think the bills close that gap this year -

In my opinion who is better between Houston and buffalo is very much debatable. At face value I had the initial thought that you did to that comment. My assessment of the 2 teams: Better offense is Houston Better defense is Buffalo Better coaching is Buffalo Better chance of team imploding/quoting on the coaches Houston Both teams are similar, I mean last years game came down to a Peterman pick 6 -
I was reading one of carolinas reporters twitter and he went out of the way to respond to a fan that said carolina was dominating buffalo in every phase; that what he posts is all the good stuff because thats what fans mostly want to see My observation between reading buffalo reports and carolina reports was it ended up being fairly even.

Another thing to remember is if we do trade for him we could potentially recoup any picks we use to get him by franchising him and trading him ourselves next off season -

Going book ends of hughes and clowney with star and Oliver would be an insane defensive line Id give up a 2nd or even lawson and a pick -

Yeah finished him right into the ball carrier for 1 yard gain -
I'd imagine Sunday ticket will still have the bills game showing, going off assumptions that Sunday tickets contract is with the NFL not cbs (or even fox) to show the games
-
If youre in the buffalo area and the antenna doesnt work, what about getting cbs all access? Think it costs around $5 might even be cheaper through Amazon prime subscription. Thus would save if you didnt want to sign up for a total new tv package of $50ish(Hulu or YouTube)

Definitely need to get him more playing time Gonna be a real interesting decision on the bills hands if he keeps his play up. He might make the team but if not the bills could put him on the practice squad or use the roster exemption. If they use the exemption they cannot promote wade to the roster all season. If they put him on the normal practice squad another team could poach him

I need Preseason tickets for tonight
Cheektowaga Chad replied to Wahler777's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Honestly if you want free/cheaper tickets go tailgate wait for the game to start or when its about to start, there's usually a scalper who will just give them to you. However with it being all mobile tickets I wonder if this kills the walking scalpers -
Bills Training Camp Day 10 (8/5)
Cheektowaga Chad replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Its exactly the point of practice, you should always work on things that need improving or want to improve or even test out. But it would be naive to believe the defense doesn't take advantage of this knowledge especially when it comes to red zone work with a smaller field to work with For red zone work in practice, in my opinion seeing how often the offense converts and not turn the ball over would be a much better statistic to evaluate Allen and the offense -

Thad Brown has been tough on Josh Allen since they drafted him. Sounds like Allen has struggled in red zone work, but I am guessing they dont want him running the ball during these reps. That takes away his biggest advantage in the red zone and if the defense knows he isn't running kind of tips the scales in the favor of the defense -
Mitch Morse in concussion protocol

Thats my interpretation, he showed signs of a concussion, and is now in protocol being checked with further tests -
Bills Training Camp Day 5 - 7/30

This maybe helpful to you or someone reading this: if your cable subscription still doesn't have CBS come September, you don't need to switch cable carriers you just need an antenna. This option is usually cheaper especially if youre stuck in a contract with your cable carrier Edit: didnt notice the entire thread dedicated to this issue -
Love peanut butter greatest food. I mix it up based on the season. Crunchy in the summer, creamy in the winter. Sometimes I even go crazy and get Peter pans whipped peanut butter

Would Bills Fans Cheer an Injured Opponent?
Cheektowaga Chad replied to judman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The media being shocked by raptor fans doing this obviously haven't watched hockey -
Definitely see many teams interested, why I think he will have multi year good money deals offered What I am thinking is if Norman wants one season to put up great numbers then sign another big contract our bills will be an attractive option to him. He knows the coach and the system helped get him paid originally
-
My guess is if he is a june 1st cut a team would be willing to sign him to a decent multi year deal. However the bills will definitely be rumored for him on a 1 year deal, and I wouldn't hate it I think its against nfl policy to place the same team on hard knocks twice in a row but if Norman signed with the browns its must see tv

Sporting News ranks all 32 NFL coaches for 2019
Cheektowaga Chad replied to Bubba Gump's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agree they would be a good team, each others weaknesses seem to be the others strengths As pure coaches id rank them similar but ranking head coaches McDermott is head and shoulders above gase in my opinion, and McDermott has a lot to prove yet In my opinion one of the best head coach attributes is the ability to organize, create consistency and stability, in Miami Gase struggled with that and as we have seen already with the Jets he is struggling again
