  1. Could see that Chargers loss coming a mile away.
  2. It looked like an arm punt. I don't think he had high hopes it would be a TD.
  3. Is he calling all of the plays or is McD mostly involved?
  4. In that case, the GM needs to step in and say something.
  5. Makes no sense. Why not go with whatever defensive plan you have. If the offense shreds you on the first drive, adjust. That type of Defense could cost the team against top tier QB's.
  6. Then there are bigger problems than we thought with this D.
  7. Another poster said McD is conservative on first drives because he wants to see how they will respond to the offense. Is this something many HC's do?
  8. The Bills could go all in and beat the Saints 50-10. But I don’t want the starters out there longer than they need to be. More snaps=higher chance of injury. Get a huge lead and put in backups.
  9. I'd be stunned if he wasn't an Eagle by the end of the day.
  10. This. I also think physical talent is used way too much in top 5 debates. Aaron Rodgers looked great throwing 60 yards off his backfoot in October against Detroit. Tom Brady looked even better shredding a top five defense of all time in the 4th quarter of the 2014 SB. Or, coming back down 25 against Atlanta in the Super Bowl. I'm a Bills fan. And Allen has more natural talent than a Tom Brady or Montana. But he certainly isn’t a better QB than either. And even he would say that.
  11. I'm optimistic about this season. But this seems way over the top. I'm not trying to be negative. But there needs to be some middle ground here.
  12. They are more likely to make key mistakes in a playoff game though. Whereas we are the ones always making mistakes against KC.
  13. Wilson is toast. He's not saving the Bengals season. They are all in on Browning.
  14. Cincinnati already has a QB starting who is probably better at this point. This is a desperate attempt to save his job. But it's on ownership for bringing back a lame duck HC to start with.
  15. Get up big early. Sit starters. Get ready for New England as that will probably be more of a fight.
  16. I don't think he does first ballot due to his off the field stuff.
  17. Mine was not in any particular order. Just top five. And....what has Herbert done to be above Hurts? Goff?
  18. Well maybe this is the year the Bills lose to KC during the season and beat them in the postseason. It hasn't worked the other way around.
  19. If the Bills cannot get the two seed with this schedule, and do not make the AFC title game at minimum, some serious questions should (but won't) be asked by ownership. It's never going to be easier than this to get HFA. Obviously injuries to certain players would change my stance.
  20. After next week. Baltimore: Bengalsx2, Browns, Steelersx2, Bears, Dolphins, Jets, Patriots, Vikes, Rams, GB, & Texans. Chiefs: Denverx2, Bills, Lions, Chargers, Colts, Washington, Titans, Texans, Raidersx2, Cowboys, Jags. The bolded are games I would consider tough for both. Pittsburgh will put up a fight in one of the games. Same with Raiders for KC. Denver will likely pit up a fight in both. I think we want Baltimore to lose. Because they may win and take advantage of that schedule. Whereas KC could win but still have the tougher schedule moving forward. But we don't know what teams on that schedule will improve/regress as the year goes on. The Jags/Colts are a complete unknown to me right now. The Texans might get it together.
  21. Hard to believe that a SB contender will be 1-3 (Doubt it ends in a tie) after next week. I never would have predicted that.
  22. Nope. That game is in Atlanta too. Patriots seem to give us issues. But it is at home. I wouldn't be shocked if one of these are losses though.
  23. Teams will always drop games they should win. Teams starting slow will turn it up. Teams starting fast will slow down. The Chiefs will end up with a better record than the Colts for instance. Bucs are 3-0 but will end up with at least six losses imo. The Bills getting that one seed would be huge. It avoids playing WC weekend. Playing less games =less chance of injuries/exhaustion. They are a different team at home than on the road. I am fully confident in saying the following AFC teams will not be legit SB contenders: Bengals Broncos Steelers Colts Jags Bills, Ravens, Chargers, Chiefs are the only teams I see with a chance of coming out of the AFC.
