The Bills are paying too much money to non impact guys.

I'd be concerned if he didn't have good stats in this game. They are doing what they should do....beat a bad team. And boy, are they really bad.

They have to reach rock bottom. Them getting a top two pick, and hopefully an elite QB, is there only way out of this. Forgot them.

Raiders are stuck in a division with two elite QB's and the other is good to very good. I can only think of the NFC North having comparible QB's in one division.

If the lose the division and proceed to go one and done, that should definitely be it. And Beane should be gone too. Firing McDermott and keeping Beane accomplishes nothing.

He would have thrown for more if needed. They basically killed clock the entire second half. Game was over early 3rd quarter. I'm talking in general though. Allen gets elite at presnap reads and the Bills have an elite #1 WR.

This is what Allen is missing imo. Not that he will ever be a Manning or Brady presnap. They are generational at that. But knowing all of the coverages.

Plus an out of conference game against a division winner. Likely the Rams or Bucs imo. I'm assuming the Bills win the division. Thus, why I put the north and south teams on there. They will face those division winners. They need to go all in this season. The schedule will never be easier. Never more parity.

The Rams would never agree to trade McVay. No replacement could fill his shoes. The Bills with McVay would get to a SB fairly quickly imo. It's nice to dream.

Sorry but that's not good enough with an elite QB. It just isn't. Especially when they have not even made the SB. McDermott's specialty is defense. Yet, his defenses consistently give up 30 points in postseason losses. Teams like New England, Chiefs, and Eagles would have fired him by now.

Dorsey was an issue. Now it's Brady. Brady isn't perfect. He's not an offensive guru. But it's the talent imo.

The Rams found a top 10 receiver in the later rounds. The Colts get a stud TE at 14th overall. Skattebo was fourth round. The 49ers got Warner in the third round. I'm not debating it's tough to find late round gems. But these other teams find ways to draft huge difference makers. So if they are finding ways, what's Beane's excuse?

I'm not denying Mahomes/Brady have that clutch gene. But they always had/have a coaching advantage. There has never been a Gronk or Kelce on the Bills. Where is our Chris Jones? How about our Vince Wilfork or even a Devin McCourty? I've always said, it's not Mahomes vs Allen that is costing us in the postseason. It's Reid vs McDermott.

With this coaching staff? Yes. 2021 and 2023 were the best chances. If they get a new HC/GM in, I think they could win a SB. But they really need to start drafting real difference makers. Other teams consistently hit on stud receivers, DL's etc.

They've never had a great running game. And the run defense still has the personnel to shut guys down. I guess I'm saying I'd be shocked if they didn't make it back to the SB this year. The competition isnt stiff.

I don't see any real flaws with KC. Great QB, Decent OL, receivers returning, great D, Great HC, Great DC. And a relatively weak AFC.

We are in a reality where the team hasn't made a SB yet. Lost to one team 4/5 playoff years. Defensive HC with defenses that are consistently poor in postseason losses. No true #1 receiver. Let's not act as if they've been there and done that. As if they deserve the benefit of the doubt. That might work for Eagles or Chiefs fans. Certainly not for the majority of Bills fans.

Because they have an offensive genius at HC, an elite DC, QB, and are experienced at SB wins.

The only "sure" wins I see are Cleveland, Miami, and the Jets. That's not to say they can't beat KC, TB, Pit, or Phi. But I haven't seen anything thus far that gives me confidence they will.

The fact Shakir needs to be a focus point of the offense is an indictment on Beane.

Well yes I agree. It's up to the offense to adjust and make defenses approach things differently.
