  1. Well maybe this is the year the Bills lose to KC during the season and beat them in the postseason. It hasn't worked the other way around.
  2. If the Bills cannot get the two seed with this schedule, and do not make the AFC title game at minimum, some serious questions should (but won't) be asked by ownership. It's never going to be easier than this to get HFA. Obviously injuries to certain players would change my stance.
  3. After next week. Baltimore: Bengalsx2, Browns, Steelersx2, Bears, Dolphins, Jets, Patriots, Vikes, Rams, GB, & Texans. Chiefs: Denverx2, Bills, Lions, Chargers, Colts, Washington, Titans, Texans, Raidersx2, Cowboys, Jags. The bolded are games I would consider tough for both. Pittsburgh will put up a fight in one of the games. Same with Raiders for KC. Denver will likely pit up a fight in both. I think we want Baltimore to lose. Because they may win and take advantage of that schedule. Whereas KC could win but still have the tougher schedule moving forward. But we don't know what teams on that schedule will improve/regress as the year goes on. The Jags/Colts are a complete unknown to me right now. The Texans might get it together.
  4. Hard to believe that a SB contender will be 1-3 (Doubt it ends in a tie) after next week. I never would have predicted that.
  5. Nope. That game is in Atlanta too. Patriots seem to give us issues. But it is at home. I wouldn't be shocked if one of these are losses though.
  6. Teams will always drop games they should win. Teams starting slow will turn it up. Teams starting fast will slow down. The Chiefs will end up with a better record than the Colts for instance. Bucs are 3-0 but will end up with at least six losses imo. The Bills getting that one seed would be huge. It avoids playing WC weekend. Playing less games =less chance of injuries/exhaustion. They are a different team at home than on the road. I am fully confident in saying the following AFC teams will not be legit SB contenders: Bengals Broncos Steelers Colts Jags Bills, Ravens, Chargers, Chiefs are the only teams I see with a chance of coming out of the AFC.
  7. The Giants should have just cleaned house and let the new GM/HC make draft decisions last year. You don't allow guys fighting to save their jobs make those decisions. Let's hope Baltimore loses tonight and one of the Chiefs/Ravens are 1-3 after next week. Unfortunately, my head says Baltimore wins tonight and they probably lose to KC next week. Not because the Chiefs are better. But because, regular or postseason, Reid has simply owned Harbaugh. Mahomes has owned Lamar. He's top 5 for me. Allen Mahomes Lamar Burrow Hurts
  8. Giants fans are the ones who will need beer...well maybe liquor.
  9. I hope they start out 3-10. Win the final four games to tank their draft position. Show enough to bring everyone back.
  10. I would be absolutely stunned if the Giants won this game. Like really stunned. I have a hard time believing a desperate KC team.goes in there and loses. Well I mean at least he passed... 3/5=60 percent Usually a passing grade.
  11. Texans need to get a legit OC/HC in place. But Stroud is not deserving of a massive contract extension in the ofseason. Unless they pull off some miracle run. I won't believe it until it happens. They are one of those cursed teams who do everything wrong at the worst possible time.
  12. His "fun" included throwing playoff games away left and right. I don't want Allen to turn into that.
  13. Tomorrow (Lions/Ravens) is an awesome MNF game. That doubleheader on the 29th? Yikes!!!! Jets@Dolphins Burrow-less Bengals@Denver Impossible to know in advance Burrow wouldn't be starting. But it's still a dog.
  14. In a weird way, I hope the weak positions (LB/S) get exploited in the next few weeks. But the Bills still do very good. The schedule is favorable. Then the pressure to improve the D will be there by the deadline. My fear is the opposite will happen. The D improves against some meh to garbage QB's. Management thinks things are great. The postseason rolls around and an elite QB puts up at least 30 on the D. All the while Allen can't quite bail them out. Which is what we have consistently seen with this regime.
  15. Receivers not getting open is going to be a huge issue down the road. They need to get Tyreek Hill.
  16. That is the difference between them and us. Yes, they did let bad teams beat themselves. But they won when it mattered most. I don't think we can compare ourselves to what they were at all. Not yet.
  17. The Patriots had the Bills number while Buffalo has Miami's right now. But unfortunately that is where the comparisons end. They usually had a top ten D that could stop top tier QB's in the postseason. Not even mentioning the SB's.
  18. My fear too. Better QB's won't be dumb like Tua. I just don't trust them to step up in that spot.
  19. I believe the Bills would have blown them out had it been a Sunday or Monday game. Thursday games are always sloppy and weird things happen.
  20. Top 10 QB of all time. Nobody can dispute that. But as an announcer, I don't think he is better than Olsen. Brady seems to always hold back in saying what he wants to say. He should be forced to make a decision: Raiders or Fox. For me it's a conflict.
  21. KC, Baltimore, Buffalo and the Eagles. GB is TBD. I remember a SB winning QB, I forget who, giving a bittersweet detail after winning the SB. He said they spent six months plus together. Went through ups and downs. Formed relationships. They won the SB. Confetti flying. But what now? Now they all part for the offseason. He said he didn't know how to react. I may feel that way as a Bills fan. Even if they win it all. They are champions. An yes we celebrate for a few days. But no I'll football for 7 months!!
  22. Gross that he was out there on the road against the 2x defending champs. We can't let something like that happen again.
  23. 33-28 Bills It's a Thursday game against a division opponent. Weird things happen. If it were on Sunday, I'd pick the Bills by a larger margin. Board will implode if this actually happened. Question is would it be a fluke or signs of things to come?
