  1. Team A wins the toss. Moves ball to the opponents 45, and is faced with a 4th and 15. Team A must go for it. If they fail to convert, team B gets the ball at their own 45. In otherwords, team A can't pin them deep. Is this what you mean? Because I like this idea. Tired of ties.
  2. As a Chiefs fan, are you impressed by their 4-0 start? Or, do you want to see them do it in December and January before crowning this season an achievement? We've seen this movie before from the Chiefs.
  3. Sarcastic post. Get it. But how about we wait until January to praise this guy eh? Once again, I don't care what his teams do in the regular season. Its what they don't do in the postseason that defines him.
  4. Do it in December and January or it doesn't matter. If I'm a Chiefs fan, I couldn't care less about September and October. We've seen this story before from them. I wanna see what they do against better competition. I'm not sold on them whatsoever.
  5. Yeah I'm really gonna be curious to hear the league's explanation on that overturn for a 1st. Just horrific.
  6. Will we give him the season to sink or swim? Or is there always the chance Nate takes over if he struggles? I Personally think Allen needs to start every game unless he's injured. Let him get use to NFL action. Hes our franchise QB of the future.
  7. 15 since 2001 (9-7 & missed in 02. 11-5 & missed in 2008 without Brady). I think their "success" comes with an asterisk. First things, the division has been atrocious in that timeframe. Secondly, spygate & deflategate.
  8. Disclaimer: The following question is assuming Brady retires. My guess is this is it for him. Just a gut feeling. Then again, they may not be an automatic lock to win the division with the current roster as is. Nevertheless, the below question is geared toward 2019 and beyond. Jets have the franchise QB, yet are lacking alot in other areas. Dolphins offense is a concern, yet they have good defensive pieces. So out of the Fins and Jets, which one will we be competing with most for the division moving forward?
  9. My hope is the Cheats miss out on the playoffs at 9-7. They get a worse pick too.
  10. Patriots likely win this game. But in the long run, they aren't going anywhere this season. Brady appears to be done.
  11. He does look to be better than check down Alex Smith. He has a cannon for an arm too. I'd take Mahomes over our QB. Its not close. Lets see what he does against bettrr defenses. As for KC, they need to play this way in December & January or its all for not. I'm just not sold on them being sb contenders.
  12. This. We've seen these hot starts by KC before. Eventually, they'll cool down in a big way. With respect to Mahomes, let's see what he does agains better defenses and when coordinators have more tape. In a nutshell, I don't believe in them. I don't see them as a serious SB threat.
  13. Dude is still on the payroll. What else will he say? Really a comment that can be taken with a grain of salt.
  14. Last I heard, he was on injury reserve. Should be available for cheap around week 9 though.
  15. True. Honestly though, I can't ever see an NFL team's owner allowing this guy on his team. This will be all over sports talk shows over the country tomorrow. I've never seen anything like this....
  16. I'm gonna be pissed if this guy somehow someway is playing defense on a certain team from Foxboro next week.... As for retiring, could this not wait until the end of the game? Come on dude...
  17. Anybody want to try and defend this guy? That's inexcusable. It's disrespectful to your fans, organization, and even the league as a whole. He won't find another job.
  18. The bolded teams aren't as bad as us. I see no way they are competing for the #1 pick. Each have competant QB's. I'd say Tampa, Titans, Browns, Arizona, & Miami. Maybe Jets & Patriots. I say NE because I think Brady goes down with a season ending injury against that elite Jags D. Hoyer stinks.
  19. Not now. But another RB injury will screw them. They made a dumb mistake letting Lewis go. I wasn't very impressed with them yesterday. They are the 90's version of the Bills:Big fish in a small pond (AFC). But once the SB rolls around, they'll face the big fish from the big pond. If they're lucky to make it that far.. Without Brady they are a 4 win team.
  20. I hate to say it, but the dude seems very injury prone...
