  1. That's a bad false dichotomy. The people he shot may have been terrible people doing terrible things. It's not only not his place to take arms to a riot, it's a crime. Even if the people he shot were committing crimes themselves, they are dead because stood in the middle of a riot with a loaded gun, which in and of itself is a crime. How anyone can find him faultless is beyond me, unless you are pro vigilante and think we need more armed people in the streets. Good luck with that.
  2. Paul Tagliabue and every NFL Commissioner before him feared gambling could destroy the league. https://www.si.com/nfl/talkoffame/nfl/tagliabue-fears-gambling-threatens-nfl
  3. No it is. The kid in your example didn't illegally take the the gun to an active riot. The kid in your example did nothing illegal and did nothing to put himself in harm's way while illegally brandishing a gun.
  4. I agree... But... he needs to develop that skill... If he was able to shred teams consistently with quick 5-7 yard passing they'd have to shift to stop it.
  5. How does self defense apply while in commission of a crime? After hearing the evidence it's clear he didn't just start shooting indiscriminately. I just don't see how he's not responsible for the deaths since it was a crime for him to be carrying a gun as a minor.
  6. Hey man, I need something to B word about today
  7. He wasn't in camp with the Bills and never played for the Panthers.
  8. Nobody's confusing Fells with Kelce. The reasoning for the Bills to sign him is because he's a 6' 8", 287# TE that blocks better than any TE we have and is more productive catching the ball than any of the TE's other than Knox.
  9. I wonder if after the home win against Miami the team had a wild rager? If they were hung over while preparing for Jax, that would make a lot of sense.
  10. I do think good play tends to generate good luck, and poor play tends to generate bad luck. Mostly bc when teams are playing well they are confident and fully engaged, and so players tend to be in position to take advantage of luck. Poor play induces doubt and hesitation, and so players will tend to out of position or too slow to react in time and the bounce will go the other way.
  11. He also takes the top off of defenses and draws attention from one of the safeties, which opens up the intermediate passing windows for the other receivers.
  12. My gut tells me they are trying to protect McKenzie from injury so that they won't be without a returner. But they need to get back to using him and all of the pre snap motion.
  13. You're the one comparing this team to the draught years. Same old same old. As if this Bills team's track record is anything like the draught year teams.
  14. Yeah, I remember all those draught years when we were 13-3 and in the AFC championship game the year before. Same.
  15. Should probably try to tank for a higher draft pick.
  16. I like what I see from Fields when he has time in the pocket and he throws down field.
  17. Was there ever a more obvious block in the back than on that jet sweep?
  18. I hate NFL refs.
  19. There would have at least been a chance at a PI in a Hail Mary to put us in fg range.
  20. I hate NFL referees.
  21. Davis needs to be on the field more. He's the best blocking wr we have. We kept throwing bubble screens to Sanders side and asking him to block.
  22. He was a disaster for the Titans... But back to back pick 6's pretty much sealed the game, along with the Titans D holding the Rams to 9 points.
  23. This is the fallacy behind so much misunderstanding on the boards. A team doesn't play as good or as bad as they are. A team is as good or bad as they play. The networks have been trying to annoint the MVP and the sure lock Super Bowl team for weeks now based on this flawed logic. Teams don't "find an identity." And as soon as they believe their "identity" is what will win games, they've lost. So the good news is the Bills can go back to work, practice hard, study hard, look inside themselves for the motivation they need to play tough and determined football. That's what they have to do every week to play their best. And only by playing the best they can play will the wins come.
  24. It should be a tripping penalty. You can't use your leg to kick a guys leg out from under him.
  25. Sweep the leg! Strike First! Strike Hard! No mercy!
