  1. Well, Josh clearly didn't see the free blitzer, so he wasn't looking to get it out right away. I think they use wr screens when they know the blitz is coming. But would seriously benefit from some better hot route concepts... Brieda was open on time, but Josh wasn't looking in that direction. If he was looking that way, he would have seen the blitzer...
  2. Why don't we have hot routes?
  3. Brieda was open on the Texas route for at least 5 yards on the play.
  4. Josh has to just turf that at Knox's feet and take the fg.
  5. Wasted play... And I don't love fade plays to Diggs. He's much better off running a slant or dig route to get open 1v1.
  6. That would be an even bigger deal... If the Jets QB's first name was Tredavious.
  7. I absolutely destroy people with Brieda out of the backfield in Madden. Wheels and streaks down the seam, he kills it. You know, in Madden.
  8. I was really surprised to see him Inactive against the Titans. I thought he played really well against KC. And if there was a game where we needed added size on the D-Line it was against Tenn.
  9. I want to see Basham in the lineup, please.
  10. I wonder if the NFL will have to turn over all of it's emails, Roger's included, about the release of Gruden's emails.
  11. That was actually a very smart play to illegally catch that. If it falls incomplete it's 4th down. He won them another 3rd down by forcing the Ravens to take the penalty.
  12. He got smoked for a TD on a similar paly against the Chargers last year. Dane is really good at playing underneath zone and run support. He doesn't seem to have have figured out how / when he needs to play deep half.
  13. He threw more underneath, short passes this game than any game I can remember. He didn't do it quickly as his first read much at all, unless it was a wr screen. He really has to work on his short quick passing game... It's like a golfer than ignores the wedge game, has to have it in his tool kit.
  14. That's a bad false dichotomy. The people he shot may have been terrible people doing terrible things. It's not only not his place to take arms to a riot, it's a crime. Even if the people he shot were committing crimes themselves, they are dead because stood in the middle of a riot with a loaded gun, which in and of itself is a crime. How anyone can find him faultless is beyond me, unless you are pro vigilante and think we need more armed people in the streets. Good luck with that.
  15. Paul Tagliabue and every NFL Commissioner before him feared gambling could destroy the league. https://www.si.com/nfl/talkoffame/nfl/tagliabue-fears-gambling-threatens-nfl
  16. No it is. The kid in your example didn't illegally take the the gun to an active riot. The kid in your example did nothing illegal and did nothing to put himself in harm's way while illegally brandishing a gun.
  17. I agree... But... he needs to develop that skill... If he was able to shred teams consistently with quick 5-7 yard passing they'd have to shift to stop it.
  18. How does self defense apply while in commission of a crime? After hearing the evidence it's clear he didn't just start shooting indiscriminately. I just don't see how he's not responsible for the deaths since it was a crime for him to be carrying a gun as a minor.
  19. Hey man, I need something to B word about today
  20. He wasn't in camp with the Bills and never played for the Panthers.
  21. Nobody's confusing Fells with Kelce. The reasoning for the Bills to sign him is because he's a 6' 8", 287# TE that blocks better than any TE we have and is more productive catching the ball than any of the TE's other than Knox.
  22. I wonder if after the home win against Miami the team had a wild rager? If they were hung over while preparing for Jax, that would make a lot of sense.
  23. I do think good play tends to generate good luck, and poor play tends to generate bad luck. Mostly bc when teams are playing well they are confident and fully engaged, and so players tend to be in position to take advantage of luck. Poor play induces doubt and hesitation, and so players will tend to out of position or too slow to react in time and the bounce will go the other way.
