Caring and worrying are not the same. And not any kind of worry, but chosing to focus o the worst possible senario... But you're right, maybe it is in Bills fan dna to fear the worst. I'm just kind of sick of that mentality.

I honestly don't think his 40 time is a good measure of his game speed. I think he has another gear he hits when the adrenaline is pumping during the game. To back that up, he's been clocked over 20mph on runs, which is damn near the top speed of the fastest players in the league.

They were pissed off, angry they didn't win. Embarrassment is a feeling for little boys when their mommy scolds them... Mac Jones admitted he was embarrassed losing to the Dolphins... Mac Jones is a little boy... Hyde and Poyer are grown men. They don't feel embarrassed because you can't embarrass men. You can disrespect them though. And disrespect does add fuel to the fire. Maybe the Bills should hire Jerry Sullivan to personally insult Bills players in the locker room before each game?

In think it's often a defense mechanism for people who can't handle disappointment. They project failure whenever possible and assume the worst in order to avoid the "unbearable" feeling of being let down. Such pervasive negativity renders a (false) sense of control, in so far as they can say "see I told you so!" Whereas disappointment happens when you have no control over the outcome... People who can't handle disappointment typically have little control in their lives and over their emotions, so they need to project control, even if it's completely fake like trolls on the internet.

He didn't ask a direct question, but he interrupted Hyde during the press conference to ask a snarky, condescending question while talking over Hyde's answer to a question he didn't ask. Poyer and Hyde were asked about the tense situation in the press conference last time and Hyde said, "do you remember what I said?" And Sullivan pipes off from the back of the room with disdain in his voice, "why are you asking us questions?" And Hyde says "I do."
