  1. As good as LorSax is.. he CANNOT be our best front 7 player if we want to dominate the trenches I'd give our best front 7 to Milano but he's more of a ballhawk than a trench guy.
  2. Edmunds is overrated (right now. I'll accept his potential when it materializes). Some of these guys are the real deal though. Outside of Milano we have a lot of work to do on the front 7.. but Hyde, Poyer, and White are still my favorite defenders. But I'm not pinning yesterday's loss on the defense. If we didn't give them a short field all game I seriously doubt the Jets offense would have moved itself. Outside of that last drive.. what else can you ask a defense to do?? Allowed just one full field TD drive. The rest was garbage play from ST to let them get there. And our strength at secondary isn't going to be utilized when they have multiple short field opportunites to run it in.
  3. exactly. Takes 2 to complete a throw and catch. And a better WR corps means more complete passes regardless of Allen's accuracy. Every QB needs a WR to bail him out sometimes. Every good offense has 1-3 of that caliber WR. I've been BEGGING for a good wr these last 2 years. A real top 10 guy. Never KB.
  4. Robert Foster's deep ball catch against Jets first game was not impressive haha. It just shows how far removed we are from seeing a good receiver play. An under thrown deep ball where no corners adjust and he jumped only to catch it in his bread basket.. didn't exactly track back and high point it super aggressively with his hands as he would have had to have done if the corners had not been so incompetent. Remember how enamored we were with Deonte's deep catch in the snow from Joe Webb? That was the most routine go route and catch any given WR should be able to do.
  5. There's a dude named Greedy?
  6. He pulled up on the slide tackle as soon as he went in motion. I guess it was instinctual for him but you could tell he had no intention of making contact when he started going down like the.. slowed down considerably. Don't think that merited any retaliation towards a kicker just making some instinctual soccer slip up (is it even that dangerous in football? Happens every game in soccer tackles) and not trying to connect anyway. He pulled up. If he played enough soccer to instinctually slip up like that (pretty funny how he forgot what sport he was playing) soccer players don't come up short like that. Could have easily made contact if he was actually trying to go through with the slide tackle.
  7. He's the most entertaining QB I've rooted for. I never really feel we're out of the game with him. He elevates his play when we're down. Takes risks when desperate.. and is a little careless with managing the lead. It all leads to a super fun albeit frustrating game I haven't really experienced with our 2000s QBs. And I guess that's really the best we can ask for at this point.
  8. I see quarterbacks and RBs do that. I don't know how a professional OT who blocks every down doesn't do that purely by choice to be dirty.
  9. he suuuucks at hitting checkdowns and screens. But we've seen some checkdown masters here that were not very fun so.. whatever. He's a fun QB that will frustrate us for a long time with great plays and confusing decisions.. a gunslinger that'll need to make more good plays than bad to take us anywhere. We'll see how he develops but I'm with putting all our eggs in the Allen basket.
  10. that block made.. absolutely no sense. Why would a tackle go ahead and do that? Super early in the game. Was baffling. Yeah.. Dion certainly started the cheapshots with that dumb play on the first offensive sequence for no reason.
  11. The scab refs were god awful. You think this was bad.. they reversed an interception for a TD. Why is your solution to have worse referees
  12. He plays with a Brady like gamesmanship for sure. Definitely with the referee b****ing
  13. You've picked up the mob mentality well my friend How is this game pissing so many people off? Did we not learn to check out of 2018 Bills football after witnessing some of the worst performances in the first half of the season imaginable?
  14. Nah losing is always good Blech. That rhetorics been going on all season I hate it. We are just constantly shifting the goalposts on what makes a good season and sound like total losers
  15. We pick higher! We can't lose! A loss is a win and a win is a win! Best. Season. Ever
  16. Good Lord let's just end the game these guys are killing themselves playing for nothing
  17. Wow. You really described me perfectly just now.. I'm just like Kelvin Benjamin!
  18. I'm always on the side of the athletes. They are the product and risking their health, and deserve every penny of the lowest contracts in the highest revenue generating league. We watch NFL to get the best of the best. Outside of criminal actions, that's all I want to see. I'd rather see a primma-donna ODB make an acrobatic catch in this league than some scrappy lunch pail type that pleases everyone.. throw in a bunch of Andre Holmes' in the league to replace every primma-donna / failed-a-drug-test-once athlete and it's not the NFL. Merit-based athletes are going to rule the NFL, because talent rules.. and athletes that have god given talent and been pampered their whole lives are going to act like spoiled jackwagons. If we don't want to watch elite athletes we can watch BYU football instead lol. Don't we all just love watching the Harvard-Yale rivalry week? It's the toast of the town for football fans. It's everybody's choice.. but we're getting what we signed up for when we watch pro sports: ultra talented entertaining and polarizing athletes.
  19. Maybe old people annoy young people over changing social climate and vice versa, across all races and classes, as has been the case for every new generation in American history.
  20. He's a fantastic rotational guy on a cheap vet contract. If someone comes in and outperforms him that's exactly what we want. Until then he's set a high bar (and that's not a bad thing!)
  21. super talented and immature.. teams just learn to deal with it. I don't imagine him to be toxic in his selfishness / lack of awareness so much as Big Ben or ODB. He still seems to live and breath football rather than a celebrity status and being king of the team. Just comes across as a better teammate than most that get labelled as this (even as he's throwing people under the bus).. Jags do need to look in the mirror and start calling themselves out. His position doesn't make him as much as a pansy as Big Ben and ODB who have everyone else to blame when ODB shies away from an onside kick or Big Ben calls out his entire (stacked) WR group. I'm much rather have a primmadonna safety / CB than a WR or QB alienating the locker room. Jalen's at least in the **** dealing and taking contact.
