I think the call made perfect sense from the Dolphins’ perspective. You’re 1-6, so why not. and if you don’t convert you can always go for 2 on your next touchdown also (well, assuming you get another touchdown, har har).

My dad and I were looking for my car for about a half hour after the Texans game (I bought my tickets off a STH’er and be included the parking pass, else I would have parked in the Wings Lot or something).

that’a actually a great point. You have to go back to 2019 — Wentz (with Philly) and Darnold, although there are caveats to both. Philly mainly beat us on the ground IIRC, and the Jets game was Week 17 where we already had the 5 seed wrapped up and were resting some starters.

Three weeks is pretty excessive. The ticket I sold was a physical ticket, though… I can definitely see why the middleman holds the $ in that case. But, with electronic tickets, when you go to sell yours don’t they automatically invalidate whatever unique code was tied to your ticket and issue a new one to the buyer? Seems a lot harder to scam someone with e-tickets.

Heck yeah, I’ll be at MNF also. Gonna aim to start tailgating around 3 or so. You should look for the covered wagon in the Hammer Lot, I’ll hook you up with a Jagerbomb or three. also, I second @dneveu’s recommendation of Moor Pat in Williamsville. Britesmith (right across the street) also makes a good IPA — I can’t speak personally to their other beers yet.

dang that’s pretty terrible. Funny story: I sold a concert ticket on Stubhub back in February 2020. Show was supposed to take place in June of that year… it got postponed 14 months to this past August. Their policy is the seller gets paid 2-3 business days after the event. Talk about delayed gratification… lol.
