This is true and some teams are luckier than others.

They really missed Keenan Allen. BTW...KC is the luckiest team. They always seem to catch teams that are missing key players. Last year they played GB without Aaron Rogers.

I think what is key in the analysis of the DBs is that Kupp was the only one catching the ball. Robinson and the other wide receivers were non-entities the entire game. That was due not only to the play of the D line, but also those young DBs.

Great game between Penn State and Purdue! After throwing a pick 6, Clifford came back and engineered a game winning drive. Defense came up big to stop Purdue in the last minute. The tight ends in this game for both teams were outstanding. Need to keep an eye on them for the future.
