  1. I watched the Red Zone on the NFL app on my Apple TV. Didn't realize it's free if you get the NFL channel.
  2. Michigan looked good. And Wyoming tied it up at 31 with 28 sec left. Freshman kicker who wasn't expected to play.
  3. That would be Bill Murray as Tripper in the movie Meatballs.
  4. Stripes, I believe...spoken by Warren Oates as Sergeant Hulka.
  5. "Staying off his feet" makes sense. I have a degenerative disc in my lower back. It's aggravated when I stand. It actually feels better when I walk.
  6. I see your point to an extent. With Brown and Knox both out, Lee Smith would have been a logical active for this game. Would also potentially help in the running game. With him not available I expect Duke to be active.
  7. Why would they elevate him and then declare him inactive? I think with Lee Smith on the covid list and with Brown out, he'll be active.
  8. Being a Penn State alum I will say he was short. Having said that, Penn State made too many mistakes. They don't have a run game outside of Clifford. Defensively they committed too many stupid penalties. Turnovers and the kicking game killed them as well.
  9. There's another McCaffrey!
  10. So...relatively speaking...Zimmer was good. 😟
  11. As I understand it, when players are elevated from the practice squad, they don't automatically get put on the 53. Because of covid, you are allowed two "free" PS calls ups each week to suit up for that game. The same player, though, can only be elevated twice...so you either keep them on the PS after the second call up or you can elevate them. I believe this was Zimmer's second call up, so they either had to elevate him to the permanent 53, or not be allowed to use him the rest of the season. If I am in error in my understanding of the rules, please someone correct me so I don't mislead others.
  12. I'll be surprised if we see him on Sunday. He was limping all game versus the Chiefs.
  13. Hate the all reds. My least favorite uniform. Look like long johns.
  14. Jets are getting healthier at wide receiver. We better find a pass rush.
  15. That's obviously a chance they're taking, but maybe they didn't want to expose the other guys to waivers and risk losing them, when clearly Spain didn't want to be here.
  16. Tasker brought up a good comparison on One Bills Live today. He mentioned how, in 2018, the Bills let Richie Incognito go, but after the move Wood announced his retirement due to injury. He said at that late date, there was nothing Buffalo could do about it as they thought they were going to be set on the o line. This year, Buffalo makes the decisions it makes regarding Philips and Lawson. They bring in Jefferson and Butler figuring they'd be ample replacements...and then Star, a big piece of their D line, decides to opt out. In hindsight, would the team have made the decisions they made knowing there would be a huge loss in continuity?
  17. This makes sense. If he wasn't going to start and if Feliciano comes off IR the Bills needed the roster spot.
  18. That's not as dramatic as the suppositions of most. Likely it's closer to the truth.
  19. That's the point. He didn't have to. He let CEH shred us instead. He said himself post game he was happy to let the O line and RBs do the work.
  20. First three plays: 1. Josh Allen incomplete short left to Cole Beasley. 2. JA incomplete short left to John Brown. 3. JA incomplete short left to John Brown. I don't get the "immediately try to throw a hail mary."
