  1. That is one of my all time favorite movies! Thanks for the memory!
  2. With all the DEs going down in preseason, if the Bills cut any of their top 7, they will be immediately snatched up.
  3. Then what Vets would you bring in that are available? With the dearth of talented olinemen in the NFL, there isn't exactly a plethora of potential starters out there. The rooks will be fine. They've looked well in preseason. There's a reason why they were drafted. You develop young players to be the future starters on your team.
  4. If they're playing better than the vets as backups you keep them and cut the vets.
  5. They blacked it out in WNY as well. I watched the pregame on NFL network and then they put on the Titans/Bucs game...which has been on twice in the past 12 hours already.
  6. I think I disagree. I think Phillips took a step and looked markedly better than Butler this preseason, particularly against Chicago. You didn't notice Butler when he was in there. You did notice Phillips. He was getting nice push up the middle.
  7. As a Penn State alum, it fries my bacon that two top TEs went to AFC rivals...one in our division.
  8. It's really tough to gauge in preseason. Jets, Pats and Fins all won convincingly with their 1s playing against the opponents 2s and 3s. The Bills won with their 2s and 3s vs the Bears 1s and 2s. I do think that it will be a highly competitive season and each game will be a true contest.
  9. This has been the most boring Hard Knocks of any season. There is nothing in it that is the least bit interesting.
  10. Actually the 2nd string depth is good. The 3s and 4s not so much.
  11. Considering that the Jets played their starters and the Giants didn't, I will reserve any concern for later in the preseason.
  12. Agree. His tight ends are playing well for him.
  13. Don't understand why Detroit gave up. Bass' mistake left the door open. Campbell is sending the wrong message to his team. Bills have depth...but not at CB.
  14. There was nothing. It was pure BS.
  15. I don't think it was purposeful and it was tough to avoid as Efa was falling, but technically it was a penalty.
  16. You used to working on tape. No do overs when it's live.
  17. I agree with your premise, but I haven't seen shots of Campbell from anything but the side and no closeups.
  18. If you're talking about the grounding, it was grounding. Only linemen in the same area code.
  19. It's one preseason game. Give him a little time.
  20. Looked like Belichick with that musket.
  21. I don't know if anyone watches the Apple + original, Ted Lasso, but the premise of the show is an American college football coach (played wonderfully by Jason Sudekis) is hired to coach a mens soccer team in Great Britain. He doesn't know beans about soccer, but he does know how to build a team and that is making a huge difference. BTW in the first season Ted tells his players that he wants them to become the best versions of themselves. Hmmmmm.....
  22. This Tuesday is Stefon Diggs day. The evening prime time game is Buffalo v Seattle. The midnight game is Buffalo v Pittsburgh. The Tuesday afternoon games are his favorites with Minnesota.
  23. To me, the big difference on the Chiefs offense is Kelsey. He is so elite, and gives any QB a huge target on any down.
  24. I know. That's the one game they are showing that was a win. The others are all losses.
  25. It really bugs me that all but one of the replays involving the Bills that they have shown, involve Bills losses.
