  1. I was 3 years old..... started liking them as I was playing youth football, earliest season I remember was 04 with losman, schobel, moulds , spikes, evans, fletcher, mcgahee, etc.
  2. Oh god, this is exactly what I feared was going to happen, we sneak in by the skin of our teeth and now Tyrod is a savior QB that needs to stick around another year... you guys really are a head scratching bunch, I guess the "comprehensive tyrod taylor is bad thread" wasn't enough to convince you guys otherwise?
  3. Can we wait for Peterman to have a full start before we start crapping on him? Goes both ways.
  4. It's pretty hilarious that a rookie QB gets more throwing yards in a 2 minute drive than a starting 7 year veteran QB does in 3 quarters of play, wonder if that's a good outing? Hell, not even once, almost twice!
  5. Hoo boy, the ineptitude at evaluating WRs on this board is disgustingly evident, no wonder all of our ex WRs are balling out for other teams? You're throwing a R O O K I E wide receiver under the bus for under performing while having a horribly inconsistent QB at the helm, that is totally mind boggling. It used to make me upset to see all of our talent go to other teams and thrive, but after seeing such arrogance on display when "evaluating" a rookie, it honestly makes me laugh, good for Hogan, Woods, Watkins and Goodwin, at least they're not being undervalued!
  6. 5/10 for 57 yards and a TD with every incompletion being the fault of the receiver because there was heavy snow all game. Considering the context, yeah I'd say that's a pretty good outing before exiting with an unfortunate concussion.
  7. You really think they're going to have a change of heart and suddenly not incorporate Tolbert? He'll be RB2 whether we like it or not, I just hope they have some common sense to release him after the season because I cannot stand watching this OC trying to shoehorn a player like Tolbert into this system, it's not even the type of player he is, it's his skill level that is unbearable.
  8. Bryce Petty and the Jets? against the Chargers D line? The team that probably would have beaten KC had it not been for Rivers crapping the bed? I am hopeful, but realistic, we have to hope Rivers has another outing like he did in KC.
  9. I can think of 3 teams that he could be the starter on right now, never mind after the season is over. He is not going to be a backup unless he goes to a team that already has their established starter. It's not even based on whether he is good enough or not to be a starter wherever he goes, it's the fact that he is just flat out better than a lot of guys playing right now, for teams like the Browns, Cardinals and Texans he would be an instant upgrade. I have no doubt a team will gamble on Tyrod. I'd say there's a 75% chance that Tyrod will start for whichever team picks him up next year.
  10. But I mean, the Bills have been held to 3 points on 2 separate occasions this year, how is that any better? Yeah it's absurd to assume Miami is a juggernaut but don't act like they're some pushover that are guaranteed wins.
  11. I know the conditions are horrible but you have to make those catches.
  12. So you bring webb in.... to throw??? what the.. lol
  13. lol, only in buffalo is 9-7 "impressive", truly sad. I wonder what 9-7 is to the pats at this point? That's a bad season for them, when is the last time they've been 9-7 or worse? 2002?
  14. We're climaxing now? After we beat a reeling Chiefs team? We weren't climaxing at 5-2? Sheesh, some real wishful thinkers on this board.
  15. If we get in this year consider it a fluke year, we really should NOT be there with how the team is playing right now and we have a QB at the helm who more than likely will not win us a super bowl. Get a QB.
  16. I'm usually firm believer that you should never count a team out. However that's a different story every time we play the pats, it's about a 99% chance to lose, and when we win, haven't we only won by 3 at the most? (vs brady, I don't count that fluke brissett game or the garoppolo game in 2014)
  17. To be perfectly honest, I wouldn't mind Eli Manning. He would definitely help the rookie we (hopefully) draft.
  18. "stop enjoying things that I don't like! reeeee" Sounds like some of you never played Football when you were a kid, or at all for that matter nothing wrong with celebrations, do you want the players to act like soulless robots on the field? "ok, touchdown, hand ball to ref, back to huddle, back to sideline, sir yes sir!" I sure don't.
  19. The same Steelers that just almost lost to Hundley and the Packers? you never know man.
