Babich has been a winner each time he’s gained a new role. That takes smarts, determination and dedication. Lots of study involved with attention to detail This is a a good hire and don’t be shocked if McD gives him more freedom than you’d think ive been critical of McD-mainly game day decisions but as far as firing coaches and staff I think he’s spot on. If someone isn’t getting the job done why keep them around. Frazier was weak and Dorsey a fool. Took him too long on Frazier and I would have jettisoned Dorsey a few weeks earlier but both good moves if people on my teams aren’t cutting it they are simply asked to leave. No fuss no muss. Keeping them only devalues the efforts of the rest of the team

This is such a horrible take. If you’ve ever in your life complained about a politician, then you’re a hypocrite with a statement like that. jobs are totally different particularly when your paid to be in the limelight and take advantage of your platform to push your narrative. Diggs signed up for this gig and has taken total advantage of it when it benefits him. he needed to speak to the people that ultimately pay his (and all celebrities) bloated salaries. It’s part of his job. He didn’t do his job on or off the field last game.

I’m pissed but not that bad. We were getting killed on D and wouldn’t have been healthy next week. Probably not healthy enough for a SB anyway. Diggs can go. I think a large part of the early season issues were his antics and trying to force him the ball. Take a look at KC and bagging Hill. They are doing just fine it seems We need to do ALL offense in the draft and allow FA to focus on D. take a few losses in the beginning but build a young aggressive team. not 100% on Brady but he’s light years ahead of what we’ve had. A year of his own playbook might be good. after where we were I’m happy but still gutted from this loss to KC. Unless some lingering issue Bass needs to go-he was abysmal this year.
