  1. Yes, this. Our RB's may not be elite, but they were met by the D at or behind the line of scrimmage way too much last season for me to me to want to place the majority of the blame for the running game with them.
  2. The "Patriot Way" is an extreme version of "team comes first," where players are told that they're expendable and they're expected to shut up and do their jobs. For two decades, players not only put up with this, but took below market value contracts to do so, because they thought it was a great shot at a ring. But Brady has proven that he was the reason that team had a great shot at a ring each year. So with "the patriot way" exposed, what player is eager to sign up for camp Belichick now?
  3. There’s a part of me that’s truly ashamed of how much I enjoyed that. Luckily its just a very small, small part. The whole rest of me loved it.
  4. Haha, I hear ya. I’m even more pissed about AB getting a ring though. That POS shouldn’t be playing football ever again, not winning a SB.
  5. It’s a really weird feeling. But the way KC got away with murder in the AFCCG and the smugness I saw from a lot of their fans that week made Bucs the easy choice to root for tonight. And hey, for once you get to feel what its like to watch Brady play and enjoy it. Win/win.
  6. Same way I used to watch the Rock layeth the smaketh down on that candy ass. It’s entertaining, enjoy the ride. Do ya smeellllll what the Tom is cookin’?? 🤣
  7. Chiefs partied like the 90’s Bills before the big game last night?
  8. Until he retires, Brady’s team always gonna be top of the food chain.
  9. Don’t know why TB RB didn’t extend the ball there, it’s a turnover on downs if he doesn’t get it nothing to lose.
  10. Buddy after that “interception” review in the Rams game this year I have a hard time believing all the BS calls and favoritism I see are simply human error.
  11. haha for sure. But you can’t be surprised by that can you? NFL been more like WWE for years now.
  12. This for sure. No stopping Brady’s legacy at this point. Chiefs and their fans need to be taken down a peg.
  13. Couldn’t agree more. Daboll has games where he looks brilliant, and then he has games like this where it just seems like he’s trying to force something that’s not working and its really just painful to watch. But it also begs the question, is Daboll just being stubborn or is it that he knows his lineman can’t run block worth a damn? Maybe its both...
  14. This is my question. Like, would a team such as the Raiders even have the liquid capital to be able to buy out one of their most expensive contracts right now?
  15. Neither one has become the takeover-the-game type of monster you’d have hoped for based on where they were drafted. I wouldn’t say they’re bad, but it’s hard not to be disappointed. Honestly I’m becoming a bit concerned with our staff’s ability to identify top flight defensive talent. When it comes to the solid depth / role players, we find those in spades. But they’ve yet to bring on anyone who can dominate a game week after week. Our top 4 defense players are White, Hyde, Poyer and Hughes... and all them were acquired back when Whaley was still the GM. 😔
  16. How short of a leash do we have Allen on at this point? I mean, how many AFC championship games are we gonna give this guy before we throw in the towel and move on?
  17. Not a single player or coach or personnel exec or even the owner was there when the Bills lost 4 straight in the 90’s. As a fan you’re allowed to be disappointed, but this current team shouldn't shoulder the burden of failure for those who came before.
  18. The only scary thing would be if Fitz could play for the Dolphins next week. The Fitzmagic factor is a force that cannot be quantified. I'd rather avoid it if possible.
  19. I like this signing for the situation we’re in, but man, how many games is it going to be that we had our top trio of WR’s all active and healthy this season? Two or three?
  20. I’m convinced the only reason they didn’t fire him mid season was to avoid the old interim coach boost that makes such teams play harder and win a game or two before end of the year. management must be PISSED.
  21. That’s easily the dumbest thing Ive ever seen Mahomes do with the football in his hands.
  22. This is what separates the have's from the have-not's when it comes to QB in this league. If you have a guy who can recognize and beat whatever the defense is trying to do, you have one of the elites who gives your team a chance to compete for championships year in and year out. The only way to compensate for that level of QB play and shut it down is to either have a more talented D than the QB team's O, and/or to out-execute them the entire game, which as we know with today's NFL and the way the rules are skewed makes that a tall order every game. The kind of strain a QB like Josh puts on a defense is just immeasurable.
  23. “Integrity of the game” isn’t a particularly high priority for the league office.
