I never said they weren’t. The list if for the lead stories and amount of coverage in national media. They want ratings and clicks, Bills aren’t that team to drive either. I’m ok with it to be honest.

Just know the formula for national media NFL coverage. 1) Cowboys 2) Mahomes 3) Rodgers 4) Brady 5) Patriots Wash, rinse, repeat. Every show, every week. Never changes, never will.

Has NFL "ownership" of gambling sites corrupted the league
Billsflyer12 replied to Gisele's topic in The Stadium Wall
We now live in a tinfoil country. Conspiracies now don’t need to true, just enough people need to believe they are to be destructive. This narrative for the NFL will only get worse. -
Most unbearable part of Jacksonville loss
Billsflyer12 replied to WyoAZBillfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe not the most heartbreaking, I lived through those, this was possible the worst loss in franchise history. The most maddening or inexcusable at very least. Some including me have talked about taking a break from NFL games as they have become horrible to watch. The officiating, injuries, and reviews make it unwatchable anymore. Last nights game perfect example. The NFL product is deteriorating, they need to fix it and soon. I do agree a lot of Bills fans live on the extremes of timid abused fan from past experiences, all the way to caring way to much. Polarized group we are for sure. -
McD seems to have regressed as a coach. Is he a better coach now then he was 2-3 years ago, hell even a year ago?

Can we say he may be overrated?

I’m taking this weekend off also, need a break. The wins don’t do anything for me anymore, even KC, and the loses are just brutal. Just can’t keep doing this with my time and money year after year. The league itself is unwatchable at this point. Every play there is a flag, injury or a review. Football is a great sport, the NFL is a bad league. I’ll stick to Saturday college football, which still is fun to me and my boys.

The college game is just so much better in so many ways. NFL games are almost unwatchable. Penalty flags almost every snap, brutal injuries all over the field, and like 1/2 a dozen reviews every half. The games has zero pace and flow, just a bad product to watch. I heard a great quote this week about the NHL that I think also applies to NFL. Hockey is a great sport, the NHL is a crap league. Football is a great sport, the NFL is a crap league.

New NFL-NFLPA Covid protocols
Billsflyer12 replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We have a very large and strong union with my job. Our union also reached an agreement on vaccines without our vote. Not all things required member body vote to come to an agreement within a union. We actually got a really good deal for getting vaccinated and had over 80% of 13,000 vaccinated within 2 weeks of agreement. Those who remain unvaccinated, that’s their choice, but life will become very inconvenient for them. This really doesn’t seem that hard, not sure why it is for some of them. -
Bills Voluntary OTAs Phase 3

Is there some unwritten rule I’m unaware of that would have caused fight? -
I live in Denver and have followed Lindsay since his transition from Denver South HS, to CU, to Broncos. Great guy, big heart, but is basically the same back as Singletary. I would love to have him on our team, but not both him and DS.

Mel Kiper has the bills taking Shenault Jr

He was hurt much of season. Played through a lot even though he could have shut it down for NFL. Watch this piece on Laviska and his family. https://pac-12.com/videos/laviska-shenault-jr-credits-inspiration-his-late-father-success-colorado I’m a Denver resident, CU fan, and have seen him play many times in person. He is a stud athlete, versatile, with good hands but has been a bit injury prone. He is a amazing kid, with tough story. Would love him with the Bills, but needs to prove he can stay healthy.
