Terry doesn’t like to upgrade GMs, he just wants ones that allow him to be heard.

Maye has more completions, yards, passing TDs, best completion % in NFL and fewer interceptions. Maye also leads league in Total EPA and is 3rd in EPA per dropback. Josh is 4th in total EPA and 6th in EPA per dropback. Maye actually has more rushing attempts and is with 100 yds of Josh rushing. Josh has more rushing TDs.

The Bills had somewhere in the 3-5 easiest schedule this season depending on site you looked.

How is “he is better than Josh right now” hyperbole? There is no reasonable argument one could make RIGHT NOW that he isn’t better than Josh. What am I missing? Doesnt mean he has better resume. Doesn’t mean he will have better career. It means he is better then Josh this season so far.

He is better than Josh right now, already. He also likely has his elite OC for next 5-7 years locked up. Baring injury he will be in the top QB in league category for next decade.

Sabres are part of the equation for judging Terry because I know shocking to you, hockey does mean a lot to Buffalo and Western NY. Buffalo often leads the TV ratings on random hockey games in February. Hockey matters to Buffalo, and he has singlehandedly destroyed the team that means so much to the region. Terry is the worst team owner in the big 4 professional sports leagues with the Sabres, and he appears to not really give a sh*t about it. Terry is a coward, who surrounds himself with yes men who protect him at all costs. He doesn’t have any accountability, he never faces the music from anyone. Like you said, Terry is a businessman 1st, who doesn’t define success by Championships but my sustained $$$$ making. Beane and McDermott make him $$$$, they don’t win him championships and he will take that trade off everyday. After all, the “faith, family, football” that Terry, Brandon and Sean live by doesn’t say Championships anywhere, and likely with these three, it never will.

Any idea why local Bills media feel obligated to act as Bills PR? Anytime fans or outside media has any bit of criticism or concern, one of the local media write, post or say something as if it was handed to them by Bills PR to spread.

Shakir, Palmer, Samuel: 79 receptions/917 yards and 30$ million in AV salary COMBINED. Pickens: 67 receptions/1054 yards 3.9 million salary.

Not to mention what horrible cap management it is by not drafting them and instead signing many JAG WRs for 10-14 million dollar contracts every year.

Well he was drafted 8 picks before Calvin Benjamin and 16 picks after the last time the Bills drafted a WR in the 1st round. Guess we have that going for us, which is nice.

They 100% put culture and vibes ahead of talent. I also think so does Josh unfortunately.

Right? SMH. “it’s all on Gods timing” is something you say to protected yourself when you don’t think it will happen. Who on this team from owner on down do we think that winning a Super Bowl is something that they HAVE to have? Something that is the most important thing that drives them at any cost? Not sure there is many if any, and that is the way they want it.

He is also 31 years old and likely past his prime. Maybe why he leads league in false starts also. He is one of way too many on this team who are vibes guys first. Too many on this team think a Super Bowl would be nice, but doesn’t represent the undying goal to chase at ANY cost.

Where is Terry as a choice?

McDermott is the HEAD COACH!!! It’s all on him. He is responsible for all of how team performs.

Terry is not firing either of them anytime soon, or maybe ever. Terry values having his type of people in these positions, more than winning Championships. He literally wont fire the worst GM, on the worst team in professional sports. Most people think he will promote Kevyn before firing him. Terry just wants to be heard and coddled. This GMs and coaches know how to please him and stick around. They are made men.

This team has run it’s course in every way except Josh and Cook. Makes it worse that they are in worse shape cap wise next year.

Haven’t enjoyed watching them since 13 seconds. Use to get devastated. I now feel nothing win or lose. Knowing that they aren’t winning a Super Bowl with this GM/Head Coach and knowing they aren’t going anywhere has released all excitement.

I agree that Beane is not going anywhere anytime soon. But he is not a top 5 GM. He is one of the more overrated GMs in the league, and I’m sure by what he thinks of himself, extremely overrated. His drafts overall are average at best. Free Agent signings below average. Trades, other than Diggs, below average. Cap management, also average at best with all the mid to low tier extensions he gives to average players that eat up so much of our cap. He is 10/10 at media manipulation and intimidation. He knows how to control and create narratives to his liking. The local media and some national media all give in to his bullying and charm. Maybe best GM in league at this. He is a arrogant conman.
