  1. I got a good chuckle out of that. Wish all the best for Harrison, quality man had some injury issues . I always thought he was a bit undersized. I dont think he will be greatly missed.
  2. Anytime you can for the same money be with your old familiar team and not move to a different city where you dont know anyone, you stay..
  3. Really? Maybe it is a simple as he doesnt want to uproot from DC, just stay there and get paid the same $. Why is it always something else afoot here.
  4. Tyrod was a very good teammate, my issue with him was a sense of urgency, he appeared too afraid to take a risk. A great TD/int ratio but with very few yards because he rarely took chances. He often played better when the Bills were way behind and he had no choice to to go for the big play quickly. One New England games comes to mind where he stormed back & played great after the Bills were way behind.
  5. Makes sense to me. Before he was hurt Tyrod had a winning record at Houston last year and was on a trajectory to beat the Browns. Trubisky played in pre season and garbage time last year, a total of 7 reg season passes, hardly a proven commodity whereas Tyrod does have the experience and you know what you have in Tryeo,.
  6. Terrible huh. No credit to the Pats for finding Jackson, an UDRFA, they hit gold (or he was just lucky like Jarius Byrd was for the Mark Sanchez years). Would you rather have the Pats sign him on a home town discount?
  7. Matt Judon responding to Sal Capaccio, somewhat pathetic on Judon's part. Sal should retweet him ask if him Belichek cleared his tweet to him, really get him going.
  8. AFC west is going to be BRUTAL the next few years. The Raiders are probably on of the bottom now.
  9. Shaq Lawson, LOL. He is going to cost the Houston Texans $5.3 in dead cap money this year.
  10. Those are opinions, non quantifiable. I live in Houston and saw the games. DeSahaun was not great enough to overcome his bad team, just like Tyrod and Davis Mills were last year, and both teams ended up with the same record. I also live in the real world and know he lead his team to a 4 win season. You are what your record says you are.
  11. Did he really? At 4-12? Yes you can spin it that way. You are what your record says you are, especially for a QB in a QB driven league. The Texans won exactly as many games with Davis Mills/Tyrod Taylor as they did the year before with Deshaun Watson with JJ Watt. Simple undeniable facts.
  12. If your "top 10" (debatable) QB doesn't want to stay, has a ring and made plenty of $ probably wise to seek a trade for him and the Seahawks got good value. The Seahawks or any team is only going to seal a deal IF and when he is cleared of criminal charges. Seahawks have never been afraid to take and or standby image risky players.
  13. I never thought of it that way but I think you are correct. Still I think the Broncos overpaid for an aged QB and mortgaged a lot of their future.
  14. imagine the Patriots from 2001-2019, laughing at their divisional competition, now its the Bills time.
  15. Top 10, eh maybe close but barely. I would bet heavily against that and now the Broncos wont have a top pick this year and lets see whom else they traded away.
  16. This might be a defining moment or crippling move for the Broncos. Wilson isn't young anymore and the Broncos are trading away a boat load of picks, all the while the Denver ownership is up in the air. I think it is a mistake for the Broncos unless they get to the SB with Wilson and they will have to slug it out ever year with Mahomes, Herbert and Carr. Wilson might be long gone before Mahomes and/or Herbert hit their peak.
  17. What did the Packers odds to win the SB go to post Wilson trade?
  18. What do you want him to do. Fans here are never happy.
  19. Guess old Aaron got his pay, $200 million, 4 years. Now can we stop hearing and Rodgers. I hope he hits the wall soon and badly.

  20. I hear them bitching about Easterby almost daily on sports radio in Houston and there is or was NO ONE, not even close to as disruptive, dysfunctional or controversial with the Biils as is Easterby with the Texans. If you are referring to Russ Brandon, sorry, not in the same league.
  21. I think they o that Pittsburgh QB, kid never has to even change stadiums from college to the Pros and he will attract local attention.
  22. The concept is readily understandable, so much so it is probably another manufactured attention grabbing headline, like to see if they have any "proof"?
  23. No, it is a shame IF they did take advantage.
  24. Valid but why is this post even here set up for comments? Honestly 98% of what is posted doesn't matter.
