  1. The kangaroo court of OBD has already convicted him!
  2. Maybe that is projection on my part, I never liked him from his days in college. He transferred from Texas Tech due to "miscommunication" with the coaching staff , grabbing his crotch and mouthing F you to an opponent, his avoiding the cops and arrest at Oklahoma. To me he seem like an entitled great athlete that was also a punk. How many NFL teams has he been on already? I will grant him, he did great insurance commercials, I enjoyed the heck out of those.
  3. Obvious now but you are going nowhere without a franchise QB and one that is willing to work his arse off set an example and demonstrate leadership. I used to think QB leadership was hackneyed coach speak, not I think it is absolute necessity. One of the reasons I dont think Baker Mayfield, Kyler Murray or Mac Jones will ever be worth a damn.
  4. LOL, dont think the Bucs have much in terms of expectations this year.
  5. Totally makes sense. We MIGHT actually have a decent O Line this year, especially the interior. In that NFL simulator I ran it twice and each time cook got close/over 1,500 yards rushing. That happens, we are going to have a borderline unstoppable offense.
  6. Babich is very articulate, thoughtful guy, I think he is destined to be a DC in not to many years if not HC eventually.
  7. i have to agree with all the above. After the infamous 13 second fiasco, that is when McDermott should have FORCED a radical change, he didnt and squandered possibly a year. Now he has no fall guy.
  8. Those are both # 2, #3, excellent comments and your question is key, how much would Davis get us in a trade. If not much, the point of trading him is moot.
  9. Yes I can definitely see that. You are a unique joy , also positive and upbeat, each day is a new ray of sunshine for you.
  10. He was great in the playoffs one season. Trade off of that when you can get some value, not when you have to and get none, ask Arizona..
  11. I would go along with that, incentive laden (SB). If we did do that i would consider trading away Gabe Davis, his post season exploits are legendary and we should get something attractive for him.
  12. You are the one that made the ridiculous comments that Boston and Brown media (your two examples, not mine) are so tough on their home teams but you never responded about Scott Zolak and the browns media on the Watson trade .
  13. Yeah sure, Scott Zolak, one of the most egregiously homer play by play announcers. And the few times I heard any dialogue from the Brown Media was after they signed Deshaun Watson to one of the worst contracts of all time and the media was split, half hated it (justifiably) , half loved it and suddenly were embracing the sex pervert.
  14. LOL, imo, that is not the worst outcome of this. DeAndre will be horribly wasted with pop gun arm Mac Jones. Furthermore Mack Jones is a bit of a hot head, not a good mix with a prima donna WR and all eyes will be on the two. Hopefully they wildly overpay for him. So no matter what happens, you have your narrative totally covered up. If they do sign him or if they dont. Yep you seem like a very open minded individual. And Sullivan was ok was he, ofcourse he was to you, a good match....a total redundant negative personality.
  15. So WGR and the Buffalo News are under Pegula's thumb are they? Provide any examples or just venting? What other conspiracy theories do you hold so dear?
  16. DHop was not a cancer at all in Houston, the cancer was in Bill O Brien as GM and Jack Easterby. I have no idea what his issue is with Arizona besides it is a dysfunctional organization with a terrible roster,
  17. As I wrote, they MAY have had a good draft. wait for three years to see if they can maintain. Vince Young was offensive rookie of the year and all pro then was out of the league in a few years, we will see how wonderful their draft was in a few years. I for one think Sauce Gardner was wildly overrated.
  18. I agree, seems highly unlikely esp with all our RBs.
  19. Zach Wilson disaster, Aaron Rodgers overdpaid and over the hill, yes the MAY have had a good draft
  20. The only consistency I noted were a tremendous number of Cook rush yards, a lot of Allen passing yard but very few Allen rushing yards
  21. Effective RB play and revamped O Line are more or less intertwined, esp with the emphasis on guards.
  22. Then Cardinals are overtaking the Texans as the worst run NFL franchise followed closely by the Browns and the Jests and no we cant afford it unless he wants to come ridiculously cheap..
  23. Ran it twice, one 11-6, another 12-5. Interesting James Cook had over 15000 yards rushing both time, Allen over 5,000 yards passing once, 4500 another.
  24. If Mac Jones continues to spiral down there is that possibility. I think Mac Jones is toxic. He appears to be a whiny crybaby that plays dirty and as a QB, not a good combination. I guess with a real offensive coordinator in Bill O Brien (who single handed ruined the Texans for a 5 year cellar run) maybe he can bounce back. Pats going 0-6 in the Conference and assuming no real QB, maybe it will be the year for Belichek finally to hang it up, lol, just short of the all time win record.
  25. I went to graduate school there, it is not a sports driven division 1 school but great athletes are certainly given some leeway but it is not like a "sports" degree from LSU or Georgia. In interviews he sounds very intelligent and his story about the Bills mafia buying him lunch is tremendous. Apparently he was at a restaurant and some Bills fans paid for his meal saying someday he might be a part of the Bills. Random fans picking up Tulane athlete tabs doesn't happen very often. What a great story. I would love to know what restaurant he was at.
