  1. Since we are actually favored, I would rather go with the player that is more consistent, JW, Fitz can be either really good or really bad, rather takes my chances with JW, esp since he is unlikely to be 100%.
  2. no offense there Lurker but you calling out others is equally judgmental as well as hypocritical
  3. By the way, lets assume this is all true what is reported, is it really smart to tip off your opponent that you might be changing offensive scheme? I just cant see something like this coming out in Foxboro.
  4. You seem to have forgotten how he showed up fat overweight and slow which also prompted the trade. He also missed 12 OTAs (yes I know what they are "voluntary") ML wanted out of Buffalo, anyone that doesn't remember that or chooses to ignore it fine by me. He disliked WNY and disliked being on the Bills at the end imo, going to Seattle rejuvenated his spirit, i credit that not NECESSARILY better coaching.
  5. Richie has been a model citizen since being in Buffalo. While in Buffalo, ML got away with hit and run drunk driving, also got busted for 3 gun misdemeanors, and wasn't even cited fir his illegal pot use in CA.
  6. That is the exact Pandora's box scenario i was referring to. Trying to determine intent could result in some very divergent and unintended consequences.
  7. Understood perspective but there should be zero tolerance, never touch an official. You allow them that and then you have opened up Pandora's box...did he push the ref or just touch, how hard did he push, yes he pushed the ref but only slightly etc etc etc.
  8. Ah, you got me there. There is about as much common sense with what is a catch now on the field as there is with discipline.
  9. Lets use some common sense, does it have to be spelled out for fines and suspensions. I will bet punching a ref in the face is also not mentioned, so does that mean he wouldn't be suspended. I will be shocked if he doesn't get surprised. Add on top of that his "priors'. Maybe the NFL is so shell shocked over this entire kneeling thing they will try and jet let this go, like no broadcasting the nat anthem on TV anymore, just ignore it, that is the only way I think he is not suspended. So are you implying him pushing the ref is not a factor at all? I think pushing a ref is 10x what coming onto the field but that is just me.
  10. You neglected the most important thing, pushing the ref? He will get suspended.
  11. Buffalo Bills in a passing league are setting up for 3 yards and a cloud of dust offensive scheme. Good thing we got Tolbert, he can get those three yards. As someone else posted, we need to get the pass game going first to set up the run, this isnt the NFL of 1960
  12. Really, elaborate please, this could be entertaining, I want to be educated.
  13. Good for you sticking up with your opinion, not sure why people are dumping on it. Marshawn is a lovable buffoon..until he is not, true. Something tells me 10 years out of the league his shtick wont be greeted with the laughter it is now.
  14. LOL, most likely scenario. Of course every move he makes on the sidelines will be captured and it will turn it into some massive insult to the Bills and WNY. Actually I think a 4 game suspension which will immediately be appealed down to 2. NFL has to come out real strong on this, can't start intimidating refs. 1) Comes off the bench 2) gets involved & fights with other players 3) pushes ref 4) like the idiot he is he goes up in the stands and is splashed all over social media, smart move rub it in their faces about being ejected
  15. If the NFL continues on the path of over-analyzing each and every play, officials effectively deciding games on arbitrary and some times made up rules bizzare interpetations. I can barely watch it sometimes now, esp after the Bills/Seahwaks last year.
  16. 2X, yep But give OBD credit for consistency, they want team players and good guys, i think ole Eric Woods checks both categories
  17. Exactly what "good" has he done. Let me think, changed any racists minds? LOL of course not. All he has done is divided an even more fractured country.
  18. Bad analogy. Your employees are not "the product", in the NFL the players are in fact the product, nothing more than physical actors on a stage. people pay to watch the product and if they dont like for wahtever reason and stop watching/buying, then your bis gets hurt.. I
  19. What really irritates me is their arrogance, like they are so special, their opinions and voice need to be heard. They have a captive audience and abused the privilege. Same thing with actors, their opinions have no more validity than any shmoe walking down the street. How about Jane Fonda, Jessica Lange and Sissy Spacek all testifying in front of Congress about farming because they portrayed farmers in movies. Or Kevin Kostner lecturing us about oil spill after Macando. How about Sean Penn kissing Chavez;'s ass, brutal dictator that has victimized an entire country.
  20. No there isnt, it has been absolutely dreadful for years and i live in Houston BUT you will start to care if D Watson keeps playing like he has. He looks to have the entire package.
