  1. I honestly am hoping for another positive test out of Nashville this morning. EDIT: I am hoping for another positive this morning versus having that positive test come Monday or Tuesday.
  2. I Googled it earlier today. There has never in NFL history been an actual forfeit. Never.
  3. While not ideal, I'd rather do that than either: A.) lose our week 11 bye, or B.) Have to play them week 18 and lose a potential week of rest before the playoffs.
  4. I'm OK with us winning our first Super Bowl in Orchard Park!
  5. They can't possibly do that. The testing is done by an independent laboratory with the results being sent directly to the NFL. The team has no control over the test results.
  6. One thing I've learned living in the south... the safest place you can be is exactly where they say it's going to be 5 days from now. Because it NEVER stays on that track.
  7. Honestly, it was week 2 vs. the Giants last year. Josh converted a couple 3rd and longs and that was it. For the first time basically in my life as a Bills fan, we could come up to the line on 3rd and 15 and think, "We've got this."
  8. I was wearing my Josh Allen jersey at the mall on Sunday afternoon before the game (4:25 starts are weird....) and some random dude wearing a Panthers shirt said "hell yeah man, I love your jersey!" Another, as I was walking through the doors of the mall, wearing a Carolina Panthers mask, yelled out at me, "4-0 baby!!" I feel like Ricky Bobby. I don't know what to do with my hands. Haha.
  9. The difference, though, @Shaw66, is that in 2008, when they started 4-0, we all knew deep down that the Bills didn't have nearly the talent to compete. In 2011, with Fitz at the helm, same deal. Had some good players, but I knew in my heart of hearts, that it was a .500 team. This group is different. They have elite talent up and down the roster, and they are arguably the best-coached group in the NFL.
  10. Our coaching staff would never allow this to happen.
  11. That's the point I'm making. If the defense can get remotely close to what NE did last night, I have confidence that our offense can score 28-35
  12. I feel good about the KC game after watching them last night. If our defense can do anything remotely close to what NE did last night, we'll win that game. All comes down to that defense.
  13. Yeah, for sure. If they play like they did tonight, I feel awfully good about our chances.
  14. I'll be honest... after watching this game, I'm not scared of either one of these teams. Not saying we'll beat KC, but I feel better about it now than I did a few weeks ago.
  15. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
  16. While I'm not surprised he got fired, I'm surprised that he was the first one of the season to get fired when there are several good candidates. Gase, Patricia, Marrone all come to mind.
  17. Trent was knocked out cold in that game and was never the same
  18. I think it's certainly possible, but a little too early to be certain. Possibly the biggest/most impactful trade of my lifetime as a Bills fan. The last one I can remember that was so impactful was the Bledsoe trade... But I think this one will prove to be WAY more impactful.
  19. In their defense about yesterday, they did score in the 3rd quarter, but Al Riveron is a moron. So they scored on the very first play of the 4th quarter... but they had driven down to the 1/2 yard-line. It's not like they were completely inept. The TD just occurred (after that BS review) on the first play of the 4th. At this point, with the amount of years they take off my life every Sunday, I should have been dead ten years ago.......
  20. Just a flesh wound.
  21. I loved it after the Thursday night game... you could hear it, clear as crystal, "RIGHT TO THE ******* LOCKER ROOM!" From Vic Fangio. Love it.
  22. Because he's gotten so good at playing QB, he doesn't have to? Scored 30 points without him gaining a positive yard on the ground. I'll take that formula and keep my QB healthy all day.
  23. I'd like to see the "adjusted" completion %. I remember at one point in the second half, a drive ended after two straight drops. One by I think Singletary and one by Brown.
