Josh Allen up for FedEx Air Player of the week.
CLTbills replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I just voted with 1 minute remaining and he's up by like 20% -
Honestly, the price goes up every year. The quicker you get in (if you know he's the guy, of course) the cheaper the price tag is. What would it cost to re-sign him now, versus what would it cost if he were to go out and win the Super Bowl this year? Not saying he's going to, but you can see how that value can balloon.

Thank you to ALL veterans, including, I'm sure, many of our fellow posters here on TBD. Thank you ALL for your service and sacrifice for this great nation!!!

Agreed. He's become more of a leader than I think really ANYBODY ever expected. -
Doesn’t matter to the national media. They’ll pick whichever makes us look worse.

This is freaking delicious. Pats may get their most embarrassing loss in 2 decades, all the while the Jests blow the number 1 pick. Damn, life is good from atop the AFC East.

I’ll get to collect $100 from a coworker who said the Cowboys would win more games than the Bills. Be a nice little chunk of post-Christmas money.

This is truly one of those games where I wish both teams could lose. What a time to be alive.

Is the Bills window smaller than thought?

I feel like (I have no proof of this, just my gut feeling) that Josh Allen is more worried about the team winning than his paycheck. I have the feeling that he'll go the Tom Brady route - still get paid a bunch, but maybe take a little less if it leads to them being able to keep a team around him. Again, I have zero proof of this, but if there ever was a team-first guy, it's Josh Allen. -
What were you doing in 1993?

I'm becoming less anxious than I was a few weeks ago when he trots out there. Not there yet, but improving. -
Agreed. A win, though, makes 12-4 very attainable.

Yeah, agreed. I was kind of pissed that McDermott punted it back to Seattle on that 4th and 1, after Russell Wilson just killed us on a big play. There was maybe 7-8 minutes left, and I remember saying, "He JUST showed you that he can hang 7 points on you in 10 seconds!!!!!! Don't give him the ball back!" It ended up working out when the Seattle O-line decided to let AJ Klein have a free shot at Russ, but that was the moment right there. Once we took that ball back away there, that was it.

Postgame Thread Bills vs. Seahawks

Haha, yeah. "I can't believe the Bills abandoned their completely ineffective run game against our really good run defense and threw it against our league-worst passing defense!" What an idiot. -
Game Balls! Bills 44, Seattle 34

Josh. Freaking. Allen. Dude was making it look easy today for much of the game, including the entire first half On the defensive side, Jerry Hughes. Had the big strip of Wilson, but he also created the Poyer pick. He played very disciplined when Wilson rolled out to the right. Stayed on his feet, didn't bite on any of Wilson's moves. Forced him into a bad decision. -
I don't know. I loathe the Patriots, but I have grown, over the last few years, to loathe the Jets just as much. I think it's their fans more than their team. But I have loved every single second of them losing every game so far this year.
