  1. I love Thurman and he definitely got his due for his accomplishments. 2X All Pro, 1991 MVP and HOF. Lead in All Purpose scrimmage yards for 4 straight seasons. He had a terrific SB25 and was mvp worthy. But let's face it, he had terrible games in SB 26/27/28. I know its a team effort and everyone played a part. Whether you want to blame Kelly for not moving the offense and costly interceptions or the D not being able to produce stops. He was tough to watch. Super Bowl XXVI: 10 rushes for 13 yards, 1 touchdown, and 4 receptions for 27 yards. Super Bowl XXVII: 11 rushes for 19 yards, 1 touchdown, and 4 receptions for 10 yards. Super Bowl XXVIII: 16 rushes for 37 yards, 1 touchdown, and 7 receptions for 52 yards. I realize his regular season stats are impressive and elite level. From 1989 to 1993 he was a freaking machine. Emmitt has the rings and awards and Barry godlike numbers in a short time. And remember, Thurman was a 2nd Ballot HOF'er. He was great, but nobody should be upset if he's considered 3rd amongst the bunch. That is a solid point. 👍
  2. Without going any further I'll say 2020, but Ican see 2024 being there as well.
  3. Nothing makes a vet pick up his game like a youngling nipping at his heels.👍 I keep watching TJ Sanders' college highlights and really like what I'm seeing. 🤤 Dline is going to super deep this year to the point I feel there won't be much of a drop off when rotation starts.
  4. I think Coleman will improve, but not sure if his actual numbers will reflect it due to all the new targets and their distribution. Surprisingly, I also think Shakir will improve with another year of trust and chemistry with Josh. I expect him to just break 1k this season. Regression is a tough one. Many say Daquan, but to me in order to regress you have to be a major starter and I feel his snap count will be seriously reduced if not getting cut outright. Gotta think it'll be Milano. I think he'll be critical in a playoff push if healthy, but being older and injury prone could hurt. I also think this will also be a year Williams takes another step. Dark horse regression candidate? I'm going with Bernard.
  5. Agree. Their offense is a bunch one read trigger throws like Miami does with Tua. Nix is a lot more elusive though which allows him to improvise and tuck and run if his first option isn't there. Bills O Line is imo much more formidable both in run and pass blocking.
  6. Gotta say early off season when he made his demands known (15 mil per) I thought it was way too much. But now considering the RB position is sort of in a Renaissance period, I feel he maybe very close to his expectations. He's a more physical runner than most give him credit for and it appears he's taken care of his fumble and drop issues. If he can become a better blocker he'd be a complete back. He wants 15 and Beane is probably thinking 11. So call 4yr. 13 per 52 mil/ 40 guaranteed
  7. I think I know why many TEs didn't show up. 🤢🤢🤢 https://www.nfl.com/news/taylor-swift-has-surprise-performance-at-tight-end-university-in-tennessee
  8. Why? Telling the truth? He wasn't an elite talent. How many AP'S or PB's Stevie have? Zero. He has 8 pro seasons with 4764 yds, a little over 3k in 3 straight with the Bills. Like Fred Jackson, he was a really good player that was fun to watch during the drought years. He was a very slippery cover. Why so serious?
  9. The topic was/is "best release" off the LOS. In no way am I trying to 💩 on Fitz or make Stevie better than what he was. No one will argue Marshall, Evans and to a lesser degree Parker were better receivers. Just saying Stevie's release and improv route running was next level and if he had Josh (theoretically) would have put up better stats.
  10. The possession before that one on 4th and Goal. He ran a great route, but I guess Josh was too gassed and skipped the throw.
  11. Stevie had that LOS Allen Iverson crossover in the NFL. His slippery shakes and head fakes were maddening on CBs. 3 straight 1K seasons with Fitzpatrick should tell you everything you need to know. I like Fitz, but c'mon. Imagine if he had Josh?
