Don't care. Shouldn't be throwing it to them. -

Completely agree. Josh has been useless for two games now. Diggs has been useless. But somehow it's on McDermott when his defense keeps the offense in games. -

This is embarrassing. The passing game is completely broken. Outside of one scramble drill it's nonexistent -

There is a huge hole there. Harty may be the biggest waste of money outside of Miller. -

Tyreek Hill Covering Photographer's Salary

Right, you're proving my exat point. You may want to point to a study about repeated changes in family structure, but isn't that mutually synonymous with a Fatherless home? Point being a child raised in a fatherless home is more likely to have a Mother who has multiple partners during their Adolescence. Just going from the father to another partner counts as two family structures. As such, the study you point to further proves the statistics I listed regarding Fatherless homes. -

Just because you know a few outliers doesn't mean data supports fatherless homes being beneficial to children. Children from fatherless homes are 4 times more likely to grow up in poverty. 71% of high school dropouts come from fatherless homes. Kids from fatherless homes are more likely to engage in criminal activity, abuse alcohol and drugs, have behavioral and mental disorders, and father/mother children outside of wedlock. Yes, some kids are probably better off not having a jerk for a Dad. But if you want to argue any point that kids aren't better off, more well adjusted, and more likely to have high self esteem because they had a Dad in the home, you'll fight a losing battle. Stop speaking in instances and look at the problem as a whole. But what do I know, I am a product of a Fatherless home. -

It's cyclical. The women probably never had a proper example of a man in the home growing up so thats what they look for in a mate. Can't stress enough how important having a Father in the home is. Sadly, family values have went out the window and society supports it. -

Further proof that money truly is the great equalizer. -
Noticed this a ton this year. They are into their kick before the ball is snapped and it's hardly ever called.

I see. I watched last night but wasn't paying much attention because the Saints are incredibly boring. Took a look back at some highlights. I didn't see many instances where I thought the motion man wasn't running parallel to the line of scrimmage however I do see where Nakua seemed to angle his body towards the tackle before the snap. Probably could have called it by the rule. May be something the NFL wants to look at during the off-season because coaches will start to bend the rule if it isn't called consistently.
-
It's a misnomer. As long as the player is moving laterally and not towards the line of scrimmage when the ball is snapped its completely legal. I use it like crazy when coaching. It creates misdirection and allows your fast players to have momentum rather than sprinting from a dead stop.

Checked out the Colts board to see if they had any inside info. Our thread is 4 pages longer than theirs. We may have problems.

Josh Allen Admits He Made Christmas Present Mistake
thenorthremembers replied to Since1981's topic in The Stadium Wall
Imagine that they'll expect when the extension really kicks in next year. Each of them could easily ask for a nice house in Orchard Park. -
Aside from TO I am not sure I've ever seen a more physical wideout than Megatron but its just too many what ifs to even have the discussion about Rice's records. Even though Johnson didnt exactly play in the most wide open version of the NFL, it had become pretty modernized by the time he was in his prime. Detroit with Stafford were throwing the ball a good 200 times more a year than the 49ers were with Montana and Rice. Not to mention Rice played in a time where defensive backs were allowed to play a lot more physical game. Even when considering Johnson's career if he had played a few more years, you just cant account for the possible injuries. I think it says even more for Rice that he wasnt a genetic freak like Megatron, TO, or Moss.
-
Given his averages Johnson would have come up 200 receptions, 700 yards, and 39 touchdowns short of all of the records. Also cant imagine a wideout that large would have played until 38, but thats just me. I think Johnson used his natural size and speed to overpower guys, but his hands were pretty average. I think Moss was more naturally gifted.
-
Personally, I dont see him as one of our guys. I see him as a guy who talks better than he plays football. Without question one of the guys who added to the hit piece on McDermott.

Gabe Davis- Do you want him back and for how much $
thenorthremembers replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hes going to get 11.5 million a year or more next year. With the cap going up, I just think thats where a WR of his ability slots in. And no, I dont want him back for that.
