Domestic terrorist attack in Wisconsin
SydneyBillsFan replied to Penfield45's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Lemme see if I have this right: A white drug addict, confusing his skateboard for a Louisville Slugger and a convicted white child molester (you know - the guys that stick their digits into innocent kids) who threatens on multiple occasions to kill a minor, so that the minor is forced to defend himself against the aforementioned lowlifes - and the lunatic left are labelling the minor a murdering white supremicist? Is that it? If so, would I be out of line for saying "only in (Biden's) America"? -
Picking up Edmunds Option a Rare Beane Mistake
SydneyBillsFan replied to Billy Zabka's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have been a harsh critic of his and was underwhelmed by his play in his first 3 years. Remember we traded up to pick 16 and he was nowhere near that level. But I think he has definitely gone up a notch this year. If he could improve at the same rate by the end of the year then I would like to see him get a contract extension. -
What do you think about the Pats ?
SydneyBillsFan replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mac Jones might well be a dink and dunk QB but if he gets into the red zone he has two very good, big tight ends who our DB's will struggle with - that is my biggest concern, along with BB's ability to target our offensive weaknesses. The AFCE will go down to the wire. -
Beating up on this guy would be akin to beating your great-grandmother in an arm wrestle and claiming world champion status.

Domestic terrorist attack in Wisconsin

What this Rittenhouse kid has been through is a travesty. This case should have been thrown out on its ear long ago once the video footage was available. That is now two disgraceful cases of leftist hate (the Covington kid being the other) where if it wasn't for critical video footage we may well have had two innocent kids with their lives ruined for no good reason. -
I like Simms but he is simply not up to speed with all the facts. He did not mention the O-line ONCE in that diatribe...the problem is not the lack of "game changing" WR's, he failed to mention that Knox is injured and it wouldn't matter a jot if we had prime Thurman as one of our RB's as you can not have a respectable run game behind that O-line. And Josh's mistakes were incorrectly identified as a root cause, rather than a symptom of our offensive struggles. Simms is usually a better analyst than this.

Our long Cody Ford National Nightmare is over.
SydneyBillsFan replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah well....it looks like he re-invented himself for a job at the local pool... -
I could have sworn we had one of those guys. If only I could remember his name...

We need to sign a FA O-lineman (or two) right now. Let's go Brandon!!

This would be akin to "shuffling" your own hand which has a pair of 7's whilst the guy across the table holds a straight flush. No "shuffle" is fixing this heartless, teflon O-line.

11/7/21 Bills @ Jaguars Postgame Thread
SydneyBillsFan replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Simple - they don't -
I have seen this but am not up to speed on its meaning / significance - i take it that it is yet another in the long line of below the belt propaganda acts from the left? Would love to read a brief summary.

Then you are missing the overall point that I am trying to make. I am not going to get into semantics. The point is that there is an abundance of correspondence and opinion that, at a minimum, points to the possibility that the vaccines can, in certain scenarios, do more harm than good. Rodgers, I would gather, shares that view and has acted accordingly.
-
The problem with that approach is that (most) people think "A-ha...he aint vaccinated or else he woulda said it" - and then the pile-on begins. I read a lot of english-speaking news sites around the world and you get a real sense of how downright feral the vaccine zealots are. I think that's what Rodgers was trying to avoid.

Buffalo Bills rooting interests, Week 9
SydneyBillsFan replied to SlimShady'sSpaceForce's topic in The Stadium Wall
Every week one of the long shots has been getting it done. I am tipping that the trend of one shock result each week will continue. -
And why can't his name be Feliciano?

The key legal threshold for a murder charge in many jurisdictions is premeditated intent. In this instance, you could argue that there was an intention to "do something stupid and unlawful which had the potential to cause harm or death", but you could not argue deliberate and premeditated intent to take someone's life. Regardless, it's a tragic set of circumstances for all involved. Prayers for everyone.

Philip Rivers would be open to join the Saints
SydneyBillsFan replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
One would think that Brees would be no chance with his NBC contract. Old man Rivers OTOH might just be up for a career "hail Mary".... -
A calf strain - how?? He sure as hell didn't get it from pushing hard at the line of scrimmage. My money is on a tattoo infection.
