  1. After I read that any analysts outside of Buffalo now likes the Bills
  2. In all honesty there's nothing wrong with a bit of skepticism. Not everyone is going to love the entire draft. But I do think at this point this front office has gotten itself enough respect that they deserve to not be questioned a whole lot. Beane has been great so far and its awesome being a Bills fan!
  3. Competing for that big nickel spot. Everyone can now STFU
  4. Becton has started his offseason training program the Jets have given him.
  5. Higgins took the high road with it which was really nice to see Here is his tweet
  6. Beane spoke about adding talent and increased competition. I love that we added two guys. Neither really jump off the page for me but both could hopefully develop into a WR3 at some point.
  7. Was this tweeted yet? That's a pretty strong statement as far as his usage goes. We can expect likely a split time share.
  8. It was a relatively weak class as well. I love Trautman but even I'm not sure hes a huge upgrade on Knox. Plus he is a long term prospect and likely won't make much impact year 1. Kmet is another guy who has a high floor but low ceiling. Will impact year one but again I dont see much if any improvement over Knox. We will find out if Sweeney and Knox are here to stay or if a big upgrade is needed come draft time next year.
  9. My personal pre draft Gabriel Davis breakdown Gabriel Davis WR Strengths A physical receiver who imposes his will on cornerbacks Uses his excellent strength to box out defenders Has natural hands which pluck the ball quite naturally Fights for contested balls with strong hands Has good speed if afforded a runway Uses size and strength as a willing run blocker Shows a solid catch radius with outstretched arms Weakness Was asked to run a limited route tree Initial acceleration is average and could use some improvement Could focus to improve YAC ability Summary Davis is a physical receiver who excelled on deep routes and along the sideline. Consistently won down the field with his excellent deep ball awareness and tracking. Davis is proficient in hiding his double moves as he consistently keeps cornerbacks guessing. Shows good route intelligence with ability for his route tree to sprout and grow. Has all the physical traits required to develop into a solid WR 2 at the NFL level. Comparison Michael Floyd
  10. We cant draft an A+ prospect for every position each year. We tried to add G Olsen sonwe aren't satisfied with the group. Hopefully Knox takes a big step or we will likely be looking for a draft upgrade next year
  11. With our roster let's just sign guys so the Dolphins, Jets and Patriots dont get them. I'll be stunned if any of them make the roster
  12. Solid pick! He's huge at 6'4 and has good NFL bloodlines. His dad played in the NFL He also has really good hands. Don't think he had many drops. I liked him more than G Davis pre draft
  13. Thanks for clearing that up. All I was hearing was crayon meal bowl.
  14. I love the Fromm pick. Hes a winner and a leader. The weak arm stuff is way overblown
  15. Why anyone would trade for Goodwin is beyond me. He's wanted to quit football and focus on the Olympics the last two years
  16. My own personal profile of Jake Fromm!!! Jake Fromm QB Georgia Strengths: Cerebral player with good football instincts. Outstanding leadership qualities and character Throws with good anticipation, touch and accuracy Operates through progressions well and keeps eyes downfield when facing pressure Plays with poise and confidence in pressure situations Has a firm solid base and calm footwork when in the pocket Rarely puts the ball in danger areas. 11 total INT in 3 seasons as a starting QB. Knows when to throw the ball away to avoid the sack. As evidenced by only 15 sacks taken in 2020 Weakness: Mobility appears average to below average as does athleticism Arm velocity is average. Accuracy and touch suffers when trying to increase throw velocity above his normal range Difficulty with deep ball connection Summary Intelligent player who makes smart decisions with the football including pre and pro snap reads. High character player who will likely be a team leader and captain at NFL level. Played in pro style offence, and might be the most NFL ready of all draft eligible quarterbacks in 2020. Fromm was excellent in the National Championship game as a freshman. Has a willingness to scramble but is not a threat to the defence. Arm strength and athleticism are a concern and may hold him back. An anticipatory thrower able to accurately make most throws, however does struggle with deep outs. At minimum appears to be a solid NFL backup with possible starting potential. Comparison: Chad Pennington

  18. Couldn't agree more on Espenesa. First words out of my mouth when we took him was Shaq Lawson. He will help set the edge and likely be a more productive run stopper than sack artist. Nothing wrong with another Shaq in round 2. We needed youth at DE added the group. Moss at 86 was the best remaining RB by far. I wanted Dobbins at 54 but I do like Moss at 86. He will be our Chris Ivory for us before all the wear and tear. He's a true banger who loves contact. One of the top RB in broken tackles and yards after contact he should really help us in the red zone and late in games wearing down the opponent. People get caught up in his 40 but his tape shows a much faster guy than his 40 at the combine. His tape was probably my favorite to watch this year much like Singletary's was for Beane last year. I can't find the tweet atm, but there was one of Moss running the 40 again recently in a field fully healthy and his 40 was much better. Might have been in the 4.4 range just can't recall . Solid picks for us in rounds 2 and 3
  19. One draft tendency is we take productive players regardless of their combine numbers. Singletary, Espenesa , Moss. Which is good because it means they value tape and production over the underwear Olympics.
