Your either reaching for CB in round 1 or reaching for RB in round 1. CB seems to be the highest position needed but a top tier HB makes your team a whole lot dynamic on offense. You go 2 deep against Hall or Spiller... your going to wish you didnt... You bring a any safety forward... they going to wish they didnt. It seems this year it is about creating mismatches based on the team you are playing against. Being diverse against teams Like KC last year... and I am going to give you another example of how to beat KC? Baltimore beat KC cause they can run the ball. Chargers scored points fast passing but their running game stopped KC from having so many drives and thats how Chargers beat KC... KC lost to TEN cause of the running game. Lost the the Bengals Twice cause they can pass and run. Diversity is key.. and its not about your RB having to run 150 yard a game... its about the THREAT... We do not have a THREAT... Big Difference folks... Good teams that have great rosters sometimes have to reach. This is the worst take I have read this week... You know what great teams do in the draft that have 1 or 2 holes? They do all they can to move up or back to get their player and if they cant then they fill the hole anyhow cause great teams don't have many holes to fill...

Im going to take the time to tear this post up and put it back together again as to why your wrong at some positions. Center: In my opinion Center is a concern but not this year.. It is something we have to watch for Next year for the future. this is not a NOW issue. This team is being built to win NOW and with Josh, our future is bright.. so I get your point.. your a year to early. TE: So yea.. TE was a concern.. we wanted Gronk... but then we got Howard. Getting a TE goes 2 fold. A. As a 2 TE threat... another way to score.. B. To have a Vet TE on the team and try and get Knox to the next level of greatness. Gronk would be a one year deal.. Howard is a one year deal. only one team has the best TE in the business.. thats KC.. That being said, I could see a late round pick at TE and hope we hit gold... and likely hit fools gold. Guard: This is where I am with you.. I have no problems getting a mid round Guard. 0 Runningback: We don't suck but we are average. A great RB would make this team so diverse. I also am one of the few that would love a second round HB. SPEED.... Defensive End: The dudes name is Miller... Von Miller.. (you know Bond... James Bond) its covered... your wrong here.. Linebacker: not a immediate need. Edmunds is not top caliber and I think most will agree we can get better here... but we can also got LOTS worse... WR: yep.. SPEED! ***YOUR FATAL FLAW*** You named every position accept QB on offense... DID you watch the KC game? Our OL was not the issue.. it was what we were doing on defense or the lack there of... Mahomes/Hill/Kelce made each other look CRAZY good... A MOD here told me one time... making Quality posts in these forums is more important than Quantity. You just basically said we need upgrade at every position on the offense accept QB. In general.. your right... we could use an upgrade at many of these positions.. IF this year at pick 25 or any pick the BPA lets say round 2 is a TE, QB... do these guys really think we go TE or QB in round 2? come on guys... SPOT ON explained it better then I did... BPA round 2 happens to be a QB.. we picking a QB? NO... BPA need with the positional value each team gives.. and its very different from team to team how they value the players based on need as well.

EVERY year we have this same argument and every year we have to read this is these forums that BPA is BPA no matter the position... NO... ITS NOT! thats not how this works... Teams go into round 1-3 or 4 rounds and they have a set of needs for those rounds then they have values for players at those needs. So lets say for example CB, WR, LB, DT is a need.. they value their biggest need first... and then they have values at all those positions. So lets say first round the 4th best CB is available but they have a WR that they slightly value higher... They will pick the CB and do a slight reach. BPA is best player at NEED. Given this situation and this scenario if the best player is a TE for example, under this scenario they will not grab the TE... they will get the WR or The CB... BPA AT NEED

JA was at his best against the KC.. no one can doubt that.. your nitpicking... and yes.. its silly.

I think your being a bit silly to be honest. When we needed Josh the most was when we were down by 4 points with just over a minute left and Josh produced a 6 play drive in 49 seconds. You need your QB to be at his best during the playoffs and we got the most out of Josh those 2 games.. Shady I normally agree with you 100% on these boards but I feel your nitpicking. I 100% agree with Tims bolded. I also feel your QB needs to be at his best when your playing against Division Rivals..
