    My sister-in-law bought a $90 organic turkey one year hoping to impress everyone on how much she spent for that bird on thanksgiving. The following year, my wife and I bought a $30 regular bird and no one could believe how good it tasted. .....the year after that, my sister-in-law bought a regular $30 turkey. Take that, sister-in-law.......take that.

    About 5 yrs. ago at the Bruce Power nuclear plant on Lake Huron, we witnessed 8 waterspouts coming in off the lake. If you’ve never seen one you’d be in for quite the surprise.....now imagine seeing 8 of them at the same time. We were all stuck in the plant until the storm blew over. Wow......just wow.

    I agree......when it comes to Beatles albums, this one takes it hands down. I don’t think a whole lot of people will agree with the choice, but this is the best pure Beatles showcase of their talent by a long shot.

    I was a little disappointed with the officiating.......Miller gets an elbow to the face, ends up with a broken nose and zero call. The refs let a lot of the Caps calls slide, however with that being said, Washington played one hell of a game and hopefully Ovie can finally hoist the cup.

    Personally, I couldn’t care less if the players stood, sat, knelt, stop-drop and roll for the anthem. Just go out and play some ball, man......entertain me and take me away from my dreadful life for 3 hours every Sunday afternoon.
