If the board didn’t fall right Tre could easily been signed after. You are talking like he had teams knocking on his door since FA started and Beane jumped in and snagged him for insurance. So it all comes down to knowing the system which it seems to be the Buffalo way these past couple years. Kind of getting sick of it. Players with limitations that have better knowledge of system get that start. Ultimately slows down the development of young players who may of been able to help us come playoff time if they seen more action throughout the regular season.

Then why does the season end in the same format every year? 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m sick of the same results from doing the same thing year after year. They win but don’t achieve the ultimate goal.

Well let’s bring Von back to. Add in Poyer. They know the playbook, McD trusts them. Bills have a problem getting over the hump and a lot of it has to do with the ***** D in playoffs. McD keeps relying on ***** wisdom over physical ability. At the end of the season we’ll be having the same conversations we have year after year.

Especially at DB.

We let him and Dane go because we needed an upgrade. Now they are both back. How is the team improving? Everyone thinks our ***** coach is some kind of DB genius, why the ***** can’t he find other talent with a bigger upside? Bringing back one was bad enough, now we have two. Move the ***** on. Bringing these vets back that no one else wants on cheap deals hasn’t gotten the Bills any further. Said numerous times this team is just treading water because staff is scared to try to do something different, and it continues

It’s funny people continue to say that they don’t expect him to start but one of McDs biggest priorities is knowing the playbook and no rookie or other vet coming in is gonna know it better then Tre…. Did anyone of you think Klien would start a playoff game? Did anyone think Hamlin would start over Bishop last year? I fully expect Tre to be opposite Benford, it’s the way the Biils roll.

Nothing changing in Buffalo. I like Tre, love what he did for Buffalo but the Billls gotta stop bringing back old players that can’t hold a job around the league.

With Beane drafting I have no high hopes so it’s hard to think of doomsday scenario.

Benford is overrated because where he was drafted and because Beane drafted a chump ahead of him. Allen is underrated. Don’t know a player in NFL history who has been asked to do more for his team.

Allen has been carrying McD and Beane on his back since his third year. Neither has improved or changed how they do things but Allen has continued to improve and adjust his game so the team stays on top, and those two stay employed.

Is one off-season enough for him to learn the playbook so McD puts him on the field over Hamlin

I don’t like how Cook started his demands. It’s bull####. At the same time I’d be more pissed off now that Benford signed if I was him. Dudes been in and out of the lineup since he was drafted and has never finished a playoffs healthy.

Kid gotta stay healthy during playoffs. Good deal but if he’s always unavailable down the stretch it’s not as good as it looks.

Does anyone remember how bad our WR core was before the presence of Cooper? Sorry but Jordan Palmer will not bring that same mojo. To be honest he could just be another WR that showed some potential but will fail in Buffalo. Beane has brought in a few. Coop, though he wasn’t great, possibly because of injury, he helped this team. Just being on the field at times took some pressure off some guys. Remember Hollins, everyone loves him now and he finished the season strong, before Coop arrived Hollins was flat out terrible.

Hamlin sits back and waits for the game to come to him most of the time. When he got beat he got beat bad, but most of the time he just played it safe. That ***** leads to a lot of easy first downs that are excruciating to watch. Cole got beat trying to make plays, which hopefully he improves on. I’m not sure how you think Rapp and Hamlin are interchangeable. Makes me question what you were even watching. I never seen Rapp miss a play and Hamlin bail him out all year but we seen Rapp bail out Hamlin over and over again.

And Allen being Allen has helped with that. Allen’s last throw of the season it was Browns man who planted him in the ground. He’s a good player that takes some bad penalties that kill drives. Without Allen, sack stats would not be where they are. Everyone who has watched can come to that conclusion

Said it a few days ago and I’ll say it again. Beane is the most overrated person in this organization. Dawkins and Tre were part of Whaley’s last draft. Hyde and Poyer were also Whaleys last free agency. The only real impact player Beane brought to this team is Allen. Luckily for him Josh has been carrying this team on his back since his third season. Maybe add Milano to that list but dude is made of glass
