Trevour Lawrence had plenty of time to give himself up on the run but he was pushing the limits trying to get as much as possible. Closer he gets to a defender more likely ***** gonna happpen. Simple as that. They made this rule to protect the QB but does it? Would it be better off him bracing himself and taking a hit? Trevour is running one place and the defender is trying to get there as soon as possible, ***** happens. Like I said, you don’t want to get hit give your self up earlier.

My thought is Trevour tries to get the very most out of the run, if you don’t want to get hit slide earlier. That simple. I agree protecting the QB but it’s also his job to protect himself as well. Defensive players have a hard job, getting out of the way once fully committing to hit isn’t always possible.

Guy does more then just block for a couple weeks and drooling starts.

Bills do a lot of forcing it to guys early to get them going but never really amounts to anything. You seen it with Diggs last year, you see it at times with Kincaid this year. Samuel was that guy yesterday. To me Kincaid has been a bigger disappointment than Samuel because of such high expectations of him being a difference maker. Samuel has been used poorly in my opinion. His roll is kind of gadget guy mixed in with a little bit of what they ask Shakir to do for them. When you look at how you expect them to be used and how they are being used it kind of changes perspective.

Jealous of anyone going to this game. Always one of the best games of the regular season and playoffs. Me and the wife looked into it but it was just to much.

There is a sense that we shouldn’t make any change or try something different because we are winning. That same mindset is why for a few years Bills carried basically the same roster and ultimately never met their final goal.
