  1. I’m sure those 50mph winds didn’t have anything to do with it. If if if if. Blah blah blah blah. the bills are a wind storm away from being 12-0 in the division the last 2 seasons and here you are talking about how close it’s been. Just stop it.
  2. He literally said at the end of the video he’s doing partials … The goal of the movement itself goes against any notion of speed/twitch loss.
  3. I’d stay in your lane on that one. Just like all the Twitter bro’s should be doing in the comment section of his vid. As a fitness pro that works with numerous college athletes and multiple highschool football/wrestling programs it’s easy to see what’s being done there. In fact he flat out says at the end of the video it’s planned partials. Different ROM’s and speeds play different parts in structural and neural adaptations. This is more neural. And judging by his comments at the end of the clip I’d bet large money he does plenty of other squat variations(barbell or otherwise) where he sees a full ROM.
  4. Let’s be real. You’re gonna be touting the fins and pats by week 6 if they’re even within a couple games of the Bills.
  5. 🙄🙄🙄🙄You think he went into the offseason and said… “I wanna be bigger. Even if it means I’m noticeably slower”???? …. I friggin doubt it.
  6. Bring it ALL on! I love it! Screw the whole wanting to “fly under the radar” BS. If you’re flying under the radar you havnt proven you need to be feared consistently. I much prefer the massive bullseye on the back! As a fan of a team that seems really boring. Ride the rollercoaster. That’s sorta the point IMO.
  7. Haha. I was just coming to post this same tweet because it sorta fit in with the discussion and Keyshawn basically saying Allen is strictly a product of his system/environment.
  8. "I dont believe that Josh Allen was the reason that they were in the position they were in"..... Can you imagine watching the divisional game with a pair of actual eyeballs and they uttering that statement?... like i said earlier. odd hill to wanna die on.
  9. it was such an absurd statement that all i could do is laugh when he said it.... he's picked an odd hill to die on when it comes to allen. its running on over 2 years now. EDIT: found it. at the 8 minute mark.... As if Mahomes, Rodgers, and Brady havnt been in nearly perfect situations over the last 2 years. What the h*ll are we doing here, Keyshawn?
  10. welp.... Hell hath frozen over. Even the most punchable face on TV claims Allen is the only qb that has a real argument against mahomes for top dog. Must have gotten bored of trolling the mafia. looks like he's getting ready to go to war with the cheeseheads this year. ..... looks like Keyshawn is now the biggest Allen troll in the media now. He was squawking the other day about how out of the top 5 ranked qb's that espn just put out, allens team is the only one that doesnt win because of him. Claimed he was just inserted into a good spot 🙄
  11. It’s a movement directed more at the neural adaptions as opposed to structural adaptations. As you said, he acknowledges what’s going on so I can basically guarantee he also incorporates plenty different deeper movements into his programming. Whether it’s a bar on his back or other variations. My thoughts on all the comments that follow on Twitter?…. Stay in your lane, boys and girls.
  12. LOL! fair enough..... but lets be honest. The guys commenting on it most likely have never even hit parallel themselves anyways 🤣
  13. Dude is grindin. Love it. Thats nice clean work for a long limbed 210lb athlete. So excited to watch his come up this year. Sidenote: As a fitness professional that happens to be the head strength and conditioning coach for a high profile local high school football program, as well as working with multiple college athletes, i find the internet Bro's in his comments amusing. The dude specifically explains what he's doing at the end of the clip and the twitter bro's still cant help themselves.
  14. we actually got "lucky" our baby girl came 2 weeks early so we were able to leave her with my mom to go attend. her actual due date was just 3 days before the opener.... and we had reason to be confident. it was an aging team with a crap line that totally imploded down the stretch of 2020. Also i would argue the steelers were a legit bad squad last year. They were basically the football team version of weekend at bernies. Somehow stumbling their way to mediocre. neither their offense or defense finished higher than 24th last year overall. We should have boat raced them.
  15. I had to shell out A LOT of f****** money back home after that game. I made a lot of "friendly" wagers... My drive is only 90 minutes.... but it was a LONG one.
  16. Personally, one of the worst for me was last years opener. A superbowl contending team that we hadnt gotten to see in person for 2 seasons and they laid a complete clunker. And it was personal for me living in Erie, Pa. Right on the outskirts of "stiller" country. IMO the most self righteous fan base in all of the NFL. That one STUNG.
  17. Couple of shows are following Buckys lead. “This just in’s” cast had him anywhere from 2 to 4. Kellerman went #4 because he routinely undersells Allen. I don’t really understand why…. Heres Wiley and Acho with their top 5 scariest lists on “Speak for Yourself”
  18. 6 min follow up clip here. Basically Simms debating himself between Allen and Mahomes. I thought his final point was really interesting. Go back and look at film of games with poor offense of the chiefs and it’s Mahomes consistently making bad decisions whereas poor offensive outputs for the Bills seemed to be much more scheme related. I’m not gonna absolve Allen in those instances but it’s an interesting take. Also made a point that Allen’s play over the last 2 years has been slightly better overall in his opinion and that the arrow seems to still be pointing up while that may not be the case with mahomes. Poor little Chiefs fans… they go full on ballistic toddler temper tantrum anytime somebody doesn't prop their guy up into his own “God tier”. The way the conference is shaping up, they’re in for a good humbling over the next couple years.
  19. Cant say i disagree with anything he says right here. I think the biggest notch for Allen in these discussions is that fact that there is no debate his offense depends more on him than any other qb. I'm ok with anyone that wants to say Rodgers or Mahomes is their #1. What i'm not okay with is when said people usually scoff at any nods towards Allen. Enjoy 13 minutes here of Simms slobbering all over his "Boy Blue"...
  20. Mahomes is absolutely gonna miss Hill bailing him out on some of the prayers he likes to heave up. Hill’s ability to track and time those balls isn’t talked about nearly enough. Without him I would guess quite a bit of those are getting picked or at the very least falling harmlessly to the turf. that being said. All this is a bad look for Hill. Just move on man.
  21. “They don’t pay you for pressures. They pay you for sacks” is this when the “pressures” disciples slap on their Hughes jerseys come running with their pitch forks? … I KID, I KID!!!….. kind of.
  22. Kyle Brandt and Knox are with it 😂😂😂
  23. Oh you know that’s not the first time he’s done it. That’s a 20 year old ritual right there.
  24. LOLOL. I saw this yesterday and cracked up. No context. Just a dude friggin RAGING. I vote for a “BILLS on parade” version in the stadium.
