  1. I’m with you 100%. It’s him as a coach and business person folks don’t like. I was hoping he didn’t go back to football cause he’s too upfront and bold. I agree, I don’t think he’ll be successful. But I also don’t think he’s a bad person. One of those... we can hang out, just can’t work with him.
  2. I like some of the names you got here.... from what I saw Thursday at the senior practice. Michael Deiter struggled, listed as 6’5” 304lbs lower body strength looks suspect. Got overpowered and beat often. Dru Samia same deal, tall, suspect lower body strength. Reached a lot and beat often. I may alone on this one but I wasn’t a fan of Dillard... yeah he’s quick and his strength is stopping the speed rush. I just question his length and run game ability. Looked suspect to the inside move, and a DE with a solid bull rush may hurt him. Just watched a Eagles reporter mention late 1st early second and that’s exactly what I said. Chris Lindstrom was super solid. Probably best OG at Senior Bowl. He should go top 50. Id go FA- Daryl Williams RT Draft Risner for Center, Ben Powers Oklahoma rd 3 RG. (But still get a Foster/Saffold) Dalton Risner Chris Lindstrom Garrett Bradbury Ben Powers Ross Pierschbacher (was solid, not as good as Bradbury but solid I think Bradbury is a late 2nd early 3rd and Ross is a mid late 3rd.) Jonah Williams I think is solid, just not sold on Jawaan Taylor (let’s nit forget a RT), Greg Little (don’t trust effort), or Andre Dillard for reasons above. That being said, gotta get Juwaan James or Daryl Williams. I think the OTs in the draft suck, except I would mind Risner at RT even though I think he could be an all pro center, seriously. Get your interior OL in the draft, they are solid rounds 2-3. Trading down a few spots to grab Risner as future center, plus getting an extra 3rd and maybe 5th or 6th.... great! Go get another interior OL with that 3rd.
  3. Nah, this was downtown Phoenix. It was at wine bar. We spent about an hour in there. It was him, a couple of his buddy’s, and that’s actually Suzy Kulbers head behind mine. I remember, it was a Saturday night and Notre Dame was playing USC that night. I’m military and that’s all he wanted to talk about was what myself and my friends did in the military. He said he loves that stuff. We talked military and watched the game. I asked if I could hold his ring he was all about it, then the pic happened.
  4. During warmups He warmer up with Daniel Jones and Ryan Finley. No bad exchanges, shotgun was good. Did about 10 mins worth of work. He’s solid looking. He was lined up next to all the other centers and he was the biggest and most solid looking. Everything I’ve read on Risner is he is very smart, processes things fast. Combine that with the fire and leadership.... Id expect every workout he performs teams will put him over the ball and do the x’s and o’s On the whiteboard.
  5. Bradbury is legit, but I think Risner has the fire attitude and vocal leadership to excel at C.... I just think his athleticism kept him at RT. I mentioned before in this thread how Risner is the guy that gets that last shove just after the whistle. That’s why him and Zach Allen got in a fight. Risner kicked his asss all day and Allen wasn’t taking that last shove again. I love it!
  6. Yeah I think James made $8M this year.... I’d expect at least $10 per. Closer to $12M per....4 yr $45M
  7. You ever met the dude? I have, actually drank a few beers with him and wore his super bowl ring. Dude is a great guy. It’s just his style coaching is what you disagree with.
  8. There are 3 practices every year. Day 2&3 are pads. All practices are open and free to the public. There’s no restrictions on where you can sit. Just can’t go in the field. Coaches and staff only, some media. But you can sit by all the scouts and coaches in the stands. Obviously they don’t want to be bothered. FA will tell the story of where they are gonna go. That’s how a lot of these teams can predict who goes where. If Buffalo picks up a RT in FA but no center... expect one in the draft. I’m under the impression Risner can excel at center(or Guard) But that dude can captain , lead an entire OLine, if he were a center he’d the top in the nation. DT is a high priority. The senior Bowl DTs were decent but not on the level of Quinnen Williams, Ed Oliver, Jeffery Simmons, Rashan Gary etc. So if you need a starter at DT, top 10 for sure. I’ll say this, I think the reason Josh Allen OLB/DE Kentucky and DAndre Walker DE/OLB Georgia didn’t go to the senior Bowl is because OTs at the senior Bowl were weak aside from Risner and Dillard. But again I think Risner goes pick 15-20 and Dillard late first early second. If you are considered a top 10 pick you can’t take the chance of being beat by average college OTs. Sweat did good but got beat at times. I don’t know if he helped his stock being he went up against 5th 6th round talent this week. He’ll get his shot against Risner today. That may help him, but I think it’s going to help Risner more. Watch players like DT Keke Texas A&M, Mack DT Texas A&M, Cowart DT Maryland... Wren is more like Star and Jordan Phillips. But the other guys are you quicker hands guys like Kyle Williams. Watch Germaine Pratt LB NC State, Dre Greenlaw Arkansas, Garrett Bradbury C NC State, Ben Powers OG Oklahoma and Obviously Risner and the DTs above. Great Video on Byron Cowart. Quick kid, hands guy (watch him swiping and just how active his hands are), non stop motor hustle kid. He’s one of the DTs I wrote on as well.
  9. When I say “Milano’s replacement “ I mean, who replaces him when he not on the field. His back up. Honestly the Bills coaching staff wasn’t talking much. Nothing out loud enough to hear. A lot of them were on phones etc. They were sitting right behind the Cowboys contingent, did not see Garrett though. Obviously they are not going to tip hats. I’m sure if they need to say something they pass it on text. Or take notes on phone (and gather later). I’m sure they are briefed daily to stay tight lipped. Beane was on the sideline and Bobby Johnson followed the Oline everywhere. The North Squad anyways. He then went on the field for 1 on 1s.
  10. I don’t know if it has more to do with Buffalo vs coaching. To be a coach will mean he’s vulnerable to the status of McD and his success. If McD goes then Kyle may be done. I think we are talking more about a front office job vs coaching. Along the line of player personnel.... Likr Assistant Director of Player Personnel under Dan Morgan....
  11. https://www.colts.com/news/2019-senior-bowl-day-3-practice-observations Half way down the article is video of the 1 on 1 with Wren. Read the write up of Risner and read mine... I got pretty close.
  12. Good find. Those reps are on YouTube as well. At times they didn’t even bock Sweat, which I don’t understand. The article is accurate when stating the KState QB ran right into Pressure. I thought Risner played well, I think got the better of them. To be fair Miss St was up quite a bit. KState became one dimensional. Which always benefits DEs. Rematch Tomorrow.
  13. This is my pick...I like the most. I like Dalton but I really hope he can be a stud Center and lead the OL. Also like Hakeem Butler, and less talked about Preston Williams.
  14. Well Here’s the thing. Risner will be matched up against Sweat early in the game. I’d bet the first series the North has the ball it will be Risner vs Sweat.
  15. Did you go to the Senior Bowl? Risner could make things easier for any Oline coach. OL coach Bobby Johnson was on the field in the end zone for the 1 on 1s.
  16. My opinion #9 would be too high. I think the sweet spot is roughly #20. But if Washington traded up and we got 15, Risner and extra picks I wouldn’t be upset. No I don’t see any team taking him between 9-15. But you never know, nobody saw Ragnow going 20 or Kolton Miller going 15.
  17. I left more impressed by Tyre Brady WR Marshall. Almost same height, Johnson is a little bigger. But speed and quickness, in and out of cut. Brady easily. Greg Jennings was another comparable WR. But he too looked lighter on his feet and Quicker than Johnson. All 3 of those guys were roughly the same size. Johnson being the heaviest. No muscle tone like the others though, not as quick, didn’t seem as fast. I could be wrong, combine in a month.
  18. I think Deebo will go round 2. I’d be surprised if he didn’t. But again there’s some talented WRs in this class. Maybe he’s the first pick in the 3rd lol.
  19. I saw the 1 on 1 you’re talking about which was impressive, The OTs were weak here, but we’ve all known this class is weak at OT. Did nfl Network show on Day 3 when he get his face slammed in the turf from a pancake Block? This weekend watch for Risner vs Sweat. My money is on Risner. I just see how Bradley Chubb went top 5... but you could tell he was lower body powerful, so was Myles Garrett. Sweat is talked about being top 10. Looks at Jelks from Oregon. Same lower body build, Sweats not as tall(like 1 inch shorter), but Sweat is definitely stronger upper body. Im saying Sweat goes 20-32. But that’s just my opinion. I do this just for fun. I’ve followed the draft and senior bowl heavily for like 15 years. I live 2 hours away and it’s a free event for the public. I wrote it for the fans. It’s only my opinion. I have in my mind where I think these kids stack up and it’s fun challenging myself. If others hi notes could be compared.
  20. It’s my post and I say edit it. Please. But that’s just me
  21. Yeah. I’ve watched the Senior Bowl practices for the last Decade easily. No bias here. There were guys I wanted to be excited about but walked away unimpressed. That’s the thing. A lot of these guys are talented but most are day 3 guys.
  22. Ragnow went 20th overall, Kolton Miller went 15th. Risner is a day 1 starter. Any position on OL except LT. That makes him valuable. He could be a solid RT but I think he has the potential to be an all Pro Center. I’d expect him around that Range 15-20.
  23. I’ve seen some great tape. I mentioned that. I didn’t see that guy. I expected him to look bigger. His muscle tone isn’t there. He doesn’t look strong. He didn’t look quick, I’m sure when he runs the route tree he won’t excel at the 2nd round level like some say. Buffalo is in the Mid American Conference. He puts himself out there with some of the better Seniors from top conferences. I’m not saying he’s terrible. I didn’t see the kid I expected to see that you see on film. What did the networks say about him during practices this week? We will see. I’ve heard 2nd round grade on here. IMO based on what I saw yesterday.... I could be wrong. But I’m saying 4th round, maybe 5th. Time will tell. Day 3 is my guess.
  24. He was behind me sitting. Ingtbup to go to the restroom. As I passed him... he was actually sitting next to s guy doing a podcast. Waiting to go on espn. There was no following anyone
