  1. Kansas City TE, 27 years old. Looks to have good athletic ability. Should be affordable without breaking the bank. Made nearly $2M this year. Maybe 4 year $16M deal? Pair him up with Croom and draft another.... Ive heard Max Williams name thrown out there too.
  2. Hockenson is by far the best all around TE to come out in the last few years. Funny thing is, he’s a taller more athletic Dallas Witten.
  3. Lyndstrom is going early round 2 TJ Hockenson if he declares may go late round 1, but won’t last past pick 50. Winovich will go no later than mid round 3. Right now at 9. I believe it will be Devin White Rashan Gary Ed Oliver Jeffrey Simmons Wasnt impressed by Jonah Williams against Clemson. He didn’t help his stock especially when there were talks that he had not faced a great pass rusher all year. Then he did.
  4. Dumb! What did Mahomes do his rookie year? Lets let the Bills build up a similar offense talent wise. Mahomes has so much more weapons, better OL etc, second year into the system and in his second year. This is ridiculous on so many levels!!!!
  5. Fant or Hockenson? I’d bet Hockenson gets drafted before Fant. Hockenson is all around TE, big (bigger and taller than Fant), athletic, great hands, can block. Reminds me of a quicker Gronk. If TJ declares he’ll go round 1, first TE off the board. He was the Mackey award winner for best TE in the country and his upside is huge.
  6. That’s a pretty good comparison. Not the fastest kid, doesn’t have the twitch. Bigger body and can make the tough catch. If he stays dedicated and works hard I think he may be alright. Find 3-4 routes this guy excels at and take advantage of it. I think we could see him in the slot quite a bit. Zay Jones Robert Foster 2nd or 3rd rd pick Duke Williams Isaiah McKenzie We need a TE is what we need. TJ Hockenson, Jace Sternberger, Isaac Nauta
  7. Williams put up big numbers against smaller schools. He was a very highly recruited kid out of GA and transferred from Tennessee to CSU. Considered a track kid, has speed I guess. Potential is huge. He’s style is like AJ Green very smooth route runner, same height and weight and can mar the tough catch. He also played 2 SEC schools this year and had like 20 receptions 200+ yards and 2 touchdowns.
  8. My top 10 DK Metcalf Kelvin Harmon NKeal Harry Hakeem Butler Preston Williams Paris Campbell AJ Brown Anthony Johnson Deebo Samuel JJ Arcega-Whiteside
  9. Preston Williams is being so over looked. Kid could be in the top 5. 6’4” 215, 94 receptions nearly 1400 yards and 14TDs.... and can’t get mentioned in the top 15? I guess we will just have to wait and see.
  10. Only team I’d trade down with would be for Oakland’s late two 1st round picks.
  11. I hope free agents aren’t basing their decisions on the “away teams locker room”.... a place they get dressed prior to a game and a place they call “theirs” for 8 hours.
  12. As a first time DC coach I would assume it’s not that easy to field the offensive side of the ball when other coaches may be reluctant to join in. Now after 2 years of mediocre OL play and and poor STs he decided to go another way. But now the Bills have what looks to be a solid QB, young promising WRs and a ton of cap room to go along with a OC who is better than Dennison. The defense will be better with a better offense. The writing is on the wall. It’s a much more attractive situation and an easier sell for Beane and McD to bring in guys they want. Not just coaches, but players. Everyone sees it. I see what you’re saying. But I’d expect things to improve next year over the past couple because of it. Lets be honest, Castillo and Crossman have a track record of mediocrity. If you dig enough it seems as if Castillo’s beliefs didn’t line up with Dabolls style and It was just time for new blood on STs.
  13. Trust me... Beane and McD want nothing to do with a guy that shows up to preseason in a helicopter.... Now if he chartered a helicopter for the whole WR crew to show up in a helicopter you might have a team guy McD wants....
  14. David Montgomery Josh Jacobs LJ Scott Benny Snell Darrin Hall- (My pick since we are not SUPER desperate for RB, desperate yes not super desperate, Hall is a Pitt guy and I’m sure Shady will take him under his alumni wing- plus the 2020 Draft is loaded with potential 1st round RBs)- He’ll be there in the 4th maybe early 5th if we are lucky.
  15. Seems like a McD hire too... vs a big name. But when it’s all said and done they are going to grab who they think can get the job done.
  16. Matthaei helped out Alex Smith a ton, and was also talked about being Doug Peterson’s OC briefly. Thing is OL is going to be crucial. If Morse were to come it would help him out for sure. Its just one of those things. Does Matthaei have to ability to influence and can he get this squad to fire on all cylinders. Sometimes younger up and comers have that over older veteran coaches.
  17. Just curious, why did he leave? For an equal job in AZ?
  18. I understand the ties with Ray Brown... but I just don’t see the success. I’m not against it, just not seeing it. Couldn’t be worse than Juan. I like Corey Matthaei, KC Assistant Oline coach. Younger guy, been under Any Reid and was there in Philadelphia with McD.
  19. Another name is Corey Matthaei Assistant Oline coach under Andy Reid in KC the past couple seasons. Prior to that was assistant QB coach. Has been with Andy Reid since 2006 and worked with McDermott for a few years in Philadelphia.
  20. There’s a good chance 2 QBs go top 10, yet you don’t see any Mock drafts predicting that. Josh Allen Devin White Rashan Gary Jonah Williams Jeffery Simmons in that order
  21. Or package our 3rd with a 5th and 7th to get back into the late 2nd. I think he’ll go around 45-60. Mid to late 2nd. Kid has great size, speed, tough runner and can catch. When he sits down with teams and can understand blitz pickups his stock will go up. Depending on his numbers he may go early 2nd. That’s why I might pass and go with LJ Scott or Darrin Hill rd 4. One of them have to be there early 4th.
  22. He could be a great 3rd down back. And in on passing downs, motion out to WR like they do. I think they draft a RB.... I like Josh Jacobs, LJ Scott and Darrin Hall
