Sorry but all the people saying Moss didn’t make a difference are missing something. Last year when Gore came in we had a noticeable drop off and the other teams knew it. Moss was an equal contributor to Devin and probably better at pass protection. He will be missed. Knox is missed less because Kroft can take his blocking role, as others have pointed out, and Gabriel can pick up his receiving spot if we want to spread the field.

Big question for this week is when do we force more than 1 turnover ? Is this the week??? How about a few fumbles !!

Hey if you are really going to a scrutinize every throw I suggest you go back and watch KCs opener. I watched Mahomes throw at least 3 balls to no one in particular and one time there was a wide open WR that he missed by 10 yards...Does anybody not notice when other quality QBs miss throws? They all do it. Josh hit this one, he just threw it low because he has been told to avoid turnovers and he has had middle of the field deep picks galore in the past, so hard to fault him for taking the safe 30 yards.

Tyler Murray has a Doug Flutie build. He only needs to take 1 shot and he is out for the count..... I agree Josh shouldn’t be taking 10 shots a game but you have Newton running straight at people at age 30 so there are those few physical people who have that ability and physique to get away with it. The reality is Jim Kelly used to take 5-8 big hits a game because he wasn’t mobile and would get hit just standing in the pocket. I actually think that’s worse because that’s where the serious knee injuries happen.

Let me tell you right now that Josh Allen has a good chance to eclipse Lamar in passing yards and and will probably end up a very close 2nd to him in rushing yards this year.... there I said it.

Every WR is upset when they are open and don’t get the ball.... even when they are the 4th read on a blitz...

What is Denver’s plan for bathrooms, concessions, etc. you can’t keep 40,000 people 6 feet apart so that’s a suspect plan. I think the Pegulas are smart in that they are letting these first few weeks play out, seeing what weird problems play out and then learning from those issues and they will be able to be ready with the max possible to attend for that KC game. I would hope we can see a 25-35% but it may be much lower.

I agree. The start of every 1st week game will be about COVID and unity and then after the first 10 minutes it will dissipate....

Houston is a 6-10 team this year so this is not a good measuring stick for KC yet.

I think it’s about the large disparity of key position groups. Our secondary >>> their receivers and our WRs >>>> their secondary. Add that to the fact they have an entire new offensive line who hasn’t played a single opponent and that doesn’t bode well for pass protection/ stunts. So our limiting factor is Sean. If he holds us to ground and pound to not show our playbook than this could be a close game. If he says hey let’s use our strengths and show teams we are championship caliper, we air it out, Josh puts us up 20 in the 1st half and then we tag team pound them and play action all 2nd half.

It’s obvious that anytime someone doesn’t line up directly on top of Kelce they just throw it to him for 7-10 yards. We play that zone and often leave the inside guys uncovered for 5-7 yards. That’s a big fail against KC. We will have to press Kelce all game w Milano or a Big Nickel format.
