  1. Look at the replay. He got hit in the throat / neck area not the chest. Not saying you are wrong but look at what he got hit. My explanation makes perfect sense based on the location of the hit. Rupture or clock the airway would allow the air in your lounge enough air for you to stand and move a big before you pass out. Then lack of more oxygen flow would give you cardiac arrest. So they would need to get you airflow first and then cpr. We’ll see what they say but the hit location was not the chest or you would think we would be seeing them all the time.
  2. Alaina Getzenberger from ESPN just tweeted at 12:26 the Bills are flying home tonight with some players staying behind to be with Damar. Looks like they will be no game this week.
  3. I assume he had a blocked / brokn trachea which would block his airflow which would eventually stop his heart. They restarted his heart and then would need airflow restarted. Many trauma nurses on Twitter have said this is recoverable BUT the big question is how long his brain and organs went without oxygen and what damage is done. It’s not likely that will be known for days so I doubt they will be playing tomorrow either which means the teams likely won’t can’t play this game this week.
  4. McKenzie drops oh I mean it was Beasley who is now at a 25% drop rate LOL..
  5. He is our best defensive player this year and should be our DPOY internally.
  6. I ran and played pivot sports for 2 months on a torn miniscus and torn MCL. Basketball players do it all the time. Eventually I tore everything ACL,MCL,PCL, bucket handle miniscus tear and had a fracture but I was also substantially older. Bottom line is miniscus is purely pain management in many cases. With the adrenaline he has playing this game, he probably only feels it a few times a game and afterwards. It’s likely not affecting his running much.
  7. Anyone who thinks Patrick Queen is a great linebacker is a joke. He’s awful. He plays like a FS with no intensity. Roquan however is awesome. I still think Milano is as good a hitter though. Our MLB is light years better than Queen though.
  8. No then you roll your safeties. You Chuck and run. It’s called man coverage and we have 2 guys that are really good at it. It will also get Burrow sacked. Ask Von since it worked in last year’s SB. You can do this when you have a good nickel and tangy LBs that can play zone in the middle.
  9. I hope the Bills use a change up and dress Cole AND Brown even if that means sitting the kid since they aren’t throwing to him anyway. The Bengals play dime man on 3rd downs, so stretch the field with Brown and Gabe and make them Cover Diggs / Cole / McKenzie over the middle with their young corners. I know it’s Browns last call up in the regular season without being put on the squad but we don’t need him next week.
  10. Crowder looked lost in this offense this year before the injury. I would much rather we have Cole and especially the kid roaming the middle of the field. For Cinci alone, I would prefer they dress Cole AND Brown over the kid so they can have vets stretch the field in every direction.
  11. McKenzie is much better than you suggest. He has less drops than Gabe.
  12. They have a ton of talent on both sides. If that team gets a QB, they will easily stay past the Pats for many years and could rival Miami. Maybe they just arm themselves with Jimmy G or Carr and take a shot it works out next year.
  13. That would be the NFC East because they have 2 good QBs and 2 SB contenders. We only have Josh and 1 contender.
  14. Still slow and still wouldn’t be getting meaningful snaps here. We aren’t throwing to our current draft pick who has actual speed and agility so we wouldn’t be throwing to him either. Dabol had no choice due to injuries.
  15. However they have to start paying really big bucks to a RB and still don’t have a QB salary. They are fools gold right now in a tough division. I wouldn’t be as high in them as you are. If Washington snags a good QB they might be in last place next year.
  16. Wow the Jets are showing they have a major flaw not being able to protect a wide DE on the RT side. Awful protection.
  17. There is no single team I wish to avoid. I wish to avoid playing both Cinci and KC in the same playoffs because beating both is a hard ask. That’s why home field matters so much.
  18. Cinci defense on 3rd down is the key here. They play dime man a ton on that down. Should they continue that we will eat them up and Josh will run wild. Should they switch it up to zone, they it becomes a shift to Beasley and Knox.
  19. Dark Horses Switchfoot… a rocking hook and it’s about surviving a lifetime of pain and coming out eventually on top… sound familiar?
  20. I think Josh has that competitive spirit that Favre had but I think Josh is a much brighter and even more athletic QB. Favre was also stubborn and I remember him yelling at his team and coaches, something you do ever see from Josh.
  21. We have not played the Bengals recently so this is a tough game to call and both teams have played games where they have a bad half here and a good half there and mixed in turnovers. This game could go many ways. I truly believe we only go to the Super Bowl by winning this game to secure home field. The margin for error is too small in the AFC to possibly have to win 3 playoff games with 2 on the road just to get to the Super Bowl, IMO.
  22. Waiting to see if he can make any impact on shirt yardage or on goal to go. That will show me he is worthy of praise. So far he is what I thought he minimally could be, which is a least a complimentary speed back like Kenny was to Thurman.
