  1. They are mid draught level Bills in terms of job. They need a culture change. They will go re-re tread coach. They will aim for Vrabel land Rex or Rivera.
  2. You cant win the MVP when you have a running back leading your Conference in rushing yards with over 1800. Henry is a hall of famer having an all time season. Jackson is a great player. His stats have inflated due to defenses accounting for Henry. I think Allen wins. Same people that voted last season vote again this season. Allen has done the most with less and has Buffalo playing its best football since the K gun in 1990.
  3. Agreed. Time to slay all the dragons. Start with Cincy.
  4. Having Milano, Johnson, Benard and Rapp for a whole game changes things greatly. A third of the defense way out. Cooper and Coleman present match up issues for their secondary. Offensively, they are more balanced now than in September.
  5. Give me Bengals, Ravens, Chiefs. I think they are better than all of em. Go win it all and beat the best qbs on the way. No easy pass to the super bowl. Bring Lambardi to Buffalo and make Allen the unquestioned best player in the league.
  6. We are shredding him for garbage time? Not great but they were also playing ultra aggressive because coverage all around him was suspect. He is coming along as you would expect in a multiple coverage defense. Playing closer to the LOS would have made an easier transition because that is where be played in college. Hard to compare his arch to players playing different positions or in simplistic schemes.
  7. Idk about that. Most struggle in space in the deep third and half. Branch and Dejean both are productive from the slot. Bullock is good in coverage but could only imagine his run fits in this style of defense. Mcdermott expects a lot from his second and third levels. See Milano, Benard, Willams, and Johnson. All have been in and out of the lineup as young players. Hamlin likely replaces when healthy. The experience he has gained will help in the future or in the playoffs. I like he is starting to be around the ball and more importantly on more tackles. Tells my untrained eyes he is starting play and not think. You can correct an angle or a technique to make the play. If you dont see it or have the athletic ability it doesn't matter. I think Bishop and Williams are important in a playoff run. Need their speed in the defense. Also, they provide useful depth.
  8. He is asked to do more in coverage. With the changes at safety I feel more is on his shoulders. He has also been dinged up quite a bit this season. Still there is a massive drop off without him. I like the yin and yang of him paired with Williams. Milano and him play almost too similar in style and pursuit. Williams plays with his hair on fire. Yes, it can get him out of position but it imo it is no different than Milano or Benard getting engulfed by a lineman.
  9. Agreed. I think that is the pair in 2025. Bishop looked much better than his last run. He can put a few good games together he might be a part of the defense in the playoffs.
  10. He solved a problem Buffalo had. Who can consistently win 1 on 1 if needed. He wasn't changing the offenses philosophy. When they think Cooper exploits a weakness he is utilized. Perfect guy for the role. Wants to win and is capable of exploding at any time.
  11. NYJ offer a solid but limited test for the defense. After an up and down performance against the Patriots would like to a more consistent effort on both sides of the ball.
  12. Yes I know. Better games with better matchups are happening. Buffalo win and they are the 1 seed wont take SNF or either primetime slot for CBS or FOX. Lions-Vikings, Steelers-Bengals, Rams-Seahawks and Chiefs-Broncos seem like the contenders. I think Lion-Vikings or Rams-Seahawks will be for their divisions. Steelers-Bengals or Chiefs-Broncos are more competitive games.
  13. And they admitted its comes up but not a deciding factor? Who wants to sign the guy with a poor rating and then cut him later and look inept? These owners hire guys to take the fall for their terrible decisions.
  14. Watching Allen and this team the last 5 plus years its obvious. Thats the difference between good teams and bad ones. Bad ones find a way to lose. Mistakes and errors. With salary caps, draft order and pretty equal resources it comes down to coaching and qb play. Every team gets bad calls good teams eat it and move on. They make enough plays where that doesn't decided it. When given a chance they capitalize, bad teams do not.
  15. Buffalo plays the Jets and Pats. 1 pm Sunday is set and very safe for those games.
  16. I almost prefer him more this year than 22. Sure he threatened the edge more but was often pushed past the pocket. Utilizing a more power rush has helped the overall pass rush imo. Vs Mahomes that style is much better. I think Solomon is developing into a pass rush specialist. Having that off the edge down the stretch is important. With less than power house offenses I would give Solomon an extended run and play Miller sparingly these last few weeks.
  17. Im going to guess Allen doesn't feel much of anything until Monday afternoon. Wanted to make sure he wasn’t waking up with a surprise.
  18. Yes. If all Buffalo can do is pass it doesnt fair well in the playoffs. Buffalo has a better oline and run game than those offenses. In the playoffs who can get to the Qb and who can protect their qb. The oline for KC is as big or bigger an issue than Buffalos recent defense struggles. Kc is not equipped to attack Buffalo like Det or LAR. Good run games with very good drop back passing attacks. No Williams and St Brown or Kupp and Nuckua for KC.
  19. Only a matter of time. Regular season or playoffs. No dynamic players on offense. Defense good but not all time great.
  20. They signed a guy off the street to play LT. He did terrible and now they are playing their LG at LT. It’s not cliche. He got hurt in the pocket. Yes they beat the Browns. They got 4 picks and scored a total of 21 points. Kc can win 1 way. Play very good defense and control the clock. Buffalo scored 30 in 8 straight games. KC hasnt score 30 once this year. Oline is a problem. They cant score because of it.
  21. I expect KC figures out a way to win. With Houston giving them the game as the way lol.
  22. 1. Chiefs 2. Cincy 3. Jets and Dolphins The perfect game closed the book for me with NE. If that was a horror franchise they stabbed, shot, be headed, and then burned the remains of the Patriots. No coming back to life for a sequel after that.
  23. They should yes. I doubt they will or offensively can. That scheme is dependent in Hill keeping coverage back. Without Hill those 2nd level windows close. The run game is less effective with teams able to play more single high. McDaniel hasn't really created an identify for team. Players leave calling them soft. It is a bad look. Just paid Tua so imo they are tied to McDaniel. Miami will be Miami. Flash no substance.
  24. That Oline for KC is as poor as it has ever been. In 2021 they had Hill to keep defense back. Im not sure Houston has the creativity on offense to score enough to beat KC. I do know that Dline will be all over Mahomes. HOU, PIT, and Denver are going to beat up KC on offense. Without a Bye they will be in trouble. There is a world where they lose out. They are playing these tough 1 score games. It is going to flip sooner or later.
  25. First 3rd and 7 and he scrambles for 9 Saturday.
