My point is I expect the State and county to pay. Politicans dont care about the Bills and Buffalo. They do care about re election and exposure. A playoff team possibly championship team brings national exposure. Keeping the Bills in Buffalo helps re election. Multiple factors pointing to the state paying. Thats what makes them stay. Teams leave when they want to or dont get money they want. I think Peguals would LIKE to stay. Now if needed I dont doubt they would move. I think the money gets worked out. Buffalo is the only playoff in the State including Jets and Giants. I dont think the Bills could have drawn up a better circumstance to negotiate a stadium deal. They have all the leverage.

The Lawson situation is exactly why Buffalo struggled for years. No real connection to the people at Clemson. Rex saying his son plays their he knows everything blah blah. I dont see that situation happening with McBeane. They would have found out about the shoulder.

As much as individual positions you see how keeping a extra position of depth depleates another. Also, as the cuts come who is likely to come back and who gets picked up? Before preseason starts I feel this is the baseline. How the bottom plays out will be determine by their play. The defense plays nickel way more. More Dbs less linebakers imo. I think LB is Edmunds, Milano with Klien, Dodson and Adams reserves. Sleeper is Wildgoose or Lewis balling in the slot. I would like to see them go 6 cbs.

White was the differance. Buffalo drafted developed Gilmore. Let him walk than drafted White. The Bills for the draught wouldnt pay market value and would let great players walk.

I appriciate the fire for football and competion Wallace has. Walk on at Alabama. 5 star Dbs by the barrel full. Every year multiple first or second day draft picks out of their secondary. Earns a scholarship after 2 years, earns a starting spot at cb his Sr year. That alone is wild. Players before him after at Alabama go first or second rd he is undrafted. Seems like the training camp story for the last few years and probably the next few. Player X has more this and that and is competing with Wallace for the spot. Wallace beats them out. Overall, playing acrossed White you are going to get targeted more no matter who you are.

I also doubt people follow Leonard and the Colts as much as Edmunds and the Bills. Leonard is undersized he played last year around 215. He has made a handful of splash plays Edmunds has dropped. I think with a deeper look and his weaknesses are not to differant than Edmunds. Imo Edmunds is in position to have an incredible year. He has all the tools just needs to take over some games now. Some picks, some forced fumbles, and some sacks. He has flashed all of those as a young player. Put it all together and he can be a beast.

Edmunds is almost 3 years younger. He wil get similar money from Buffalo or more on the open market. I dont know what some expect. If you have a guy who is top 5 in there position they are going to get market value. Now I expect Beane to take a wait and see approach with Edmunds. If he makes some impact plays (ie catching the ball when it comes to him) I think they pay him aswell. Last season the defense went as he went. After he got closer to 100% he played better and the defense played better. Allen and Edmunds are the precieved pillars of the franchise. Allen is set in stone now. Its up to Edmunds to earn the same status.

The Ravens are not the same. Lamar first was set up with an out that he didnt employ an agent. I think he is too reliable on running. Good/ great wr are not coming to run block on first down.

I voted over 10k. But serioisly, Palmer doesnt work with Allen for free. Im sure Allen has paid him for his services to this point. That said. Allen seems like the guy who will pay back Palmer for the help. I also expect an upgrade in Xmas presents for the oline.

I watched the Leaping Allen game vs the Vikings. Running backs Chris Ivory and Matt Murphy. Wrs Benjamin weighing 268, Andrea Holmes and Zay Jones. Thats when I knew we had a guy. First road start with one of the largest spreads in 10 years. If that big dude makes a tackle on Punt coverage or Kickoff coverage it will be that.

I hear ya with that lol. Either way with Hamlin drafted Johnson is on the hot seat.

I feel like some young players need to step up. Guys that can play on 1st 2nd and 3rd down need to take spots from core special teamers. Williams taking Jones spot on special teams. Not the same position on teams but can contribute. Basham and Ogada playing on teams makes Johnson less imprortant. Tyrell Adams beating out Mykervich (sp). The roster is deep. The bottom players becoming viable options/projects for the offense and defense is how the team improves. I feel like Buffalo has moved past winning the fringes. Buffalo has a chance to dominate. I dont want a dumpster fire on teams but a slight net loss for teams but a positve impact to defense or offense will be better.

I thought it was the opposite. Team captin, johnny on the spot with turnovers. More smarts than atheltism. Big time program captins dont last til the end of day 3 if they are also athltic freaks.

Hughes, Addison, Epinesa, Rousseau, Basham and Obga are all better on defense. Are you keeping 7 des? Do you keep Johnson over Addison? I think its a numbers game.

Knox is just too inconsistant a pass catcher. His athletism is good but needs to start producing. Wont be surprised if Hollister starts. I expect alot of 10 personal. Kumerow or Davis attack the seem as a big slot.

Allen is the differance in making the palyoffs or winning the whole thing. On his best day Buffalo can beat anyone. Cheifs included.

Whats the economic impact of losing the Bills. Honestly, the Pegulas have a perfect storm. The Bills are really good. The stadium situation is limited the home primetime slate. Will they pay something sure. Wont be less than half. Wont get half not going hard from the start.

We did. They fumbled a punt and we scored a TD. Teams wins you games in Sept, Oct, Nov. It can lose you games in Dec and January. Buffalo has too many core teamers that dont contribute on the other 3 downs. Kumerow looks like a decent reciever but also good not elite on teams. For Buffalo to get better they need guys with real potential on offense and defense play well enough on special teams to move on from the core special teamers. By this I mean Twain Jones, Tyler Myklevic, and Darrel Johnson.
