  1. It's very debatable whether Tyree Jackson is even good enough to play in the XFL
  2. Its not about drafting them. It's about having intelligence on in division rivals. They are likely Jets picks
  3. No they didn't. They traded from late in the 1st to mid 1st. They were already in the 1st round.
  4. I wonder if the viewing figures will take a hit with the NFL Combine being on
  5. People trade back into the 1st for the 5th year option on QBs
  6. I'm getting bored of the rich superstars whining about the CBA. The CBA benefits are focused on the majority of the roster, low pay guys who will be getting a massive pay rise. Thomas, Sherman, Wilson etc are coming across terribly. This isn't about the rich getting richer, it's about helping the majority of low pay players
  7. He'd be crazy to go to ESPN. Even if the CBS offer isnt the same, it'll still be very good and it would mean he can keep his commentary partnership together
  8. There a plenty of serviceable guys in FA this year. DE is one of the deepest positions. You won't get a 5 year starter superstar, but could you replace what we're losing, to be able to have flexibility in the draft. Absolutely.
  9. As has been said, its about 150 quid, and whilst it does have a few service issues it's pretty good. They blackout the 6pm and 9pm games that Sky show. But it's available on catch up. If you want college football you can get ESPN player subscriptions so can get a good amount of games online. Its worth saying NFLUK's and Sky Sports NFL reputation in the UK is horrendous. NFLUK is widely mocked as they just bang on about the Jaguars and London's Jay Ajayi every 30 seconds. The podcast scene is big in the UK because it allows people to work around time zone issues In terms of support, the Bills are in the middle third of teams. There is a legacy from the 1990s and the visit a few years ago gained a decent number
  10. I simply disagree. In YOUR OPINION it's a thin class. YOUR OPINION is YOUR OPINION. That doesn't make it reality Others see good depth in the mid roumds Precisely. Some people just judge it off high profile day 1 guys, not recognising RB is a position you tend to get contributors from all rounds. Take AJ Dillon for example, he is seen as likely mid day 3,but a lot of people see him as a viable contributor. The thing with RB is you get value from role players, it's not just about feature back full time starters
  11. You must be watching another RB class. It doesn't have the top of round 1 talent of some years. But this class is loaded rounds 2 to 4. Zack Moss. Round 3.
  12. There is easily enough. 4 to 6 in London 1 or 3 in Mexico City 1 to 3 in Germany (which actually had far higher attendances and team numbers than the UK in the NFL Europe days) 1 to 3 in China. 1 each in Spain and Netherlands who both sustained NFL Europe teams. 1 in Brazil and one of the Oceania cities like Sydney Plus Canada if they want to go that route again All of the above have history with links / rumours Plus they would put single games in new markets to test them. And that even discounts Dublin which seems to be going down the College football route They'd easily find the locations
  13. Matt McGloin is impressively rubbish
  14. The original Duke Williams.
  15. I applaud St Louis for at least realising that you need to try something different if you don't have Jones / Walker at QB. Unlike the rest of the league who basically seem to have given up
  16. I don't really see Herbert as a Gruden QB. He is too quiet and polished Shenault has a healthy dose of injury concerns. I'm not saying he would be a bad pick, but he has the waft of the Sammy Watkins about him
  17. Run defense not a NY specialty
  18. It's going to be an international round within 5 years. They won't admit it, but that's the reason.
  19. Everyone knew that already.
  20. With the devaluation of safeties in recent drafts, I find round 1 difficult to believe. Could he jump to round 2 from his current round 3/4 projections? Potentially
  21. The guy is a back to back Pro Bowl returner. That will keep him on the roster regardless of his WR production
  22. I think Cephus from Wisconsin will out produce a number of the guys mentioned. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if in 5 years time he is WR1 for a team in the NFL
  23. Its a bit odd. On paper these are 2 of the better QBs in the XFL
  24. It would have to come with a day 2 pick from the Cardinals as a salary dump.
