He already had the first down when he tried diving over the guy. Would have been a first regardless. Rookie mistake but he'll be fine.

The Bills need to run a no huddle offense to put pressure on openers to score. If they have a couple 3 and outs, so what? It can’t get any worse. They almost never go 3 and out when they run up tempo-no huddle. Drives stall when they slow down the pace like McD wants.

I've been calling McDermott Doug Collins since 13 seconds. The Bills need their Phil Jackson.

McDermott is Doug Collins and the Bills need their Phil Jackson. Let Beane pick the new coach. Every coach is hired to be fired. If Tom Landry can get fired, Sean McDermott can be too. Chan Gailey could get the Bills to the playoffs if he had Josh Allen.

The reason they were terrible for so long was lack of a QB more than coaching. Marrone almost got them to the playoffs with Kyle Orton one step from retirement. With Josh, they wouldn't go back to the drought.

Wow sorry my phone was glitching last night. Or I was reposting half asleep. But both these guys need to go.

The offense could string together drives if they'd just commit to running an uptempo offense. They move the ball at will in the hurry up, regardless of situation. But Dorsey & McDermott refuse to do the obvious solution.
