  1. Honestly it was light compared to what he usually can do. This comment was so true and best: Brad: The most publicly-visible portion of our fanbase looks like the rave scene from the second Matrix movie was recast with the rednecks from Deliverance.
  2. I've been to Miami twice (2014 TNF and 16) and yea you have a little line but jesus it actually moves and within 5 minutes your in. I will say a generation of fans who were all drought grew up (myself included) where we didn't leave tailgating until 12:45 because you knew the game probably was a dud so that doesnt help either.
  3. My understanding is they do live in the city. When Marcel was leaving he did a golf outing with all the Bills media.
  4. He isnt a Bills fan so being able to pick a spot Miami is an upgrade over Buffalo especially for a West Coaster (ducks and runs)
  5. 1000% agree. Literally I am the dog in your profile picture saying this is nice... except instead of flames its just really happy sunshine and flowers. I can't process that
  6. Need to bring the Macrena back lol
  7. The NFL made the rule because of him, Manning, & a few other QBs. Be honest the NFL treats QBs as high value items and losing them for a season is a major hurt ratings wise. Like you said protect the cash cow. The thing that is interesting is when it comes to non QBs and how he views that even they are more protected. To me it goes back to 2010 when they adjusted the head shot rules and big hits. I distinctly remember Whitner held up on a hit against the Ravens that a year earlier would've crushed the guy and stopped the TD in the middle of the endzone. It is a tough balance to protect players especially with head hits, but it does feel its swung too far.
  8. I mean you would take the flag also if you were QB and ref helps, but that doesn't take away from what he said is spot on and has hurt the sport. 100%
  9. That song successfully sent the city of buffalo back by 20 years. Please watch the video and the unnatural lean the women walks with
  10. 2016 Browns (0-16 year) they played Stacys Mom and the entire stadium sang it which was hilarious... also the highlight of the game
  11. The Falcons by reducing their concessions have sold and made more money. Kids day I love because the concessions are cheap and the inverse is I am actually more willing to buy more because the concessions are less. Instead of spending $25, I spend $40 because it feels like I can get more. The human brain is weird lol Additionally merchandise wise a parent who was a no might be more of maybe if the kids are asking because they spent less in food.
  12. 50/50 ish is pretty fair. Renovation was like 150-200 mil a decade ago. Your looking at 700 mil with this but compared to some deals recently that isn't that bad. This is so spot on. If anything the greatest economic benefit is the players on both teams being taxed on their salaries for each game played in Buffalo. That is a good chunk of tax money. There is a residual effect in terms of people going to bars and restaurants, but it doesn't benefit the way people think and tax brought back in is relatively small by comparison. Honestly if it is 50/50 split or close that isn't awful and if it really is true that a reno was 1 bil, 1.4 makes sense to just be new and done.
  13. Exactly. The SB is the biggest corporate spending party out there. It's a week long event of money to the max and the only reason NYC got it was because it was 50th anniversary as a one time shot. Most sponsors and owners want just southern teams to host so it guarantees good weather and parties. Indy and Minny mayyyy get another crack as people really liked it
  14. Agreed. Just saying 63-65 seems like the perfect number
  15. 60,000 is light, boost it to 65,000 which is still 7k less. The season ticket holder amount is at 56k, your killing any chance for fans and you might lose STH
  16. Rodak absolutely was treated poorly and unfairly at points where he would literally just report something with zero spin and get flak. He also did report though where it had a spin that you knew would piss off bills fans and for that I couldn't blame the hate he got in those circumstances.
  17. Probably not. When you have a great WR corp the way the Bills do it allows younger players to elevate. I can certainly see him moving to a WR2 spot, but Diggs allows that so he can get targets. Similar to when we had Moulds and Reed emerged because he demanded that type of attention.
  18. Believe it not they mentioned Chris Hogan being an all star lacrosse player in college and recently in the professional league 😁
  19. That is what I thought. Trevor I think long term is OK and the skill players are not bad, but man the offensive line is a mess and the scheme looked soooo vanilla. Did you know Marvin Jones had almost a 1000 yds and 9 TDs for the Lions last year? I was surprised to learn that doing the broadcast
  20. todays league is passing league though so kinda unfair to say this considering the team is built for todays success which is why comparing eras is dumb. 90s players were not as fast or agile as todays athletes simply because the technology, health, and training just doesn't compare.
  21. Hey I like Mahomes except when play them and same with Lamar and same now with Trevor. As long as they don't beat the Bills they are great players to watch who do really cool stuff as a fan. I hope Trevor does well minus any matchup with Buffalo lol
  22. Carolina also hasn't tarped off their stadium. The Jags have consistently been a running joke in the NFL market wise and the teams performance only confirmed it more, plus the pool (which I think is cool) was not seen as very rabid football fan like. Pre Cam the Panthers great advantage was making a SB and playoffs more. This last decade absolutely made the Panthers way more legit as they had a lot of success despite no ring and Cam was a true star there for 10 years. The Jags on the other hand were a tirefire minus 2017.
  23. I have no idea I think people call him that, I like it its fun. I am not a Jags fan and when they are good their kind of a fun low key rival as we have had some games. But I really like Lawrence and I am curious how he does there. Their O-line is awful, we will run 9 sacks on them if they do not improve protection
  24. I tuned in last night to see how Lawrence and crew looked and I was dismayed. I like T-Law a lot and think he will join Allen and Mahomes as the kings in the AFC, but their gonna get this kid killed if they can show protection. He can move decently and there is no doubt the potential is there, but their offensive line is as bad as the Bills in 2018. I think their skill players are not bad though. Their offense was also really basic it reminded me of the Jauron days with a lot of 5 yard passes that can break. I am not super well versed in scheme and why teams run certain plays, but with Allen did we intentionally run easier short passes to help or in general is that something teams do or are the Jags the second coming of the 09 Bills dink and dunk nothing attack haha Anyway just wondering what others thought as the Jags quietly should be one of those teams that challenge and I was happy Lawrence wasn't in our division, but early on (and I know it is early) the Urban experiment doesn't look very good.
  25. It sucks saying that too but the goal is a SB and I want the best lineup regardless of feelings or situation.
